This ice machine is great. It is incredibly fast, the machine starts pushing out ice just a few minutes after turning it on. The machine is a great size and fits on top of my bar table perfectly and it runs pretty quietly, just light background noise. It is so easy to set up and easy to clean with just the press of a button. And the app makes it even easier to start and stop, as well as alert when the tank needs to be filled. It came with a few large bags for storage of the ice, but with the type of small nugget ice, it clumps up a little too much for storage in the freezer. However since it is so fast and constantly pumping out more ice, it is very convenient to turn it on when needed, the large ice bucket in the machine keeps the ice cold without it all clumping in the freezer. Overall this machine has been so helpful. It is so easy to set up and to use. And is a great addition to any home bar for a classy look

I highly recommend this ice maker! This has been a real game changer for me. I love how I can control it using the app, for setting up certain schedules to make ice and turning it on and off through the app. The capacity of the ice maker is large and is more than enough. The ice making process is quick, literally in 5 minutes you’ll have ice coming out! Love how it has a built-in self-cleaning system, many others do not! Saves me a lot of time. Has a large touch screen display, super easy to control. The ice maker also comes with a few ice bags to store the ice in the freezer! Overall highly recommend this ice machine!

The Ecozy Smart Nugget Ice Maker is fantastic. The touch panel and option are user friendly, and the interior lighting makes it easy to see. I appreciate the well-though-out design and effortless operation. The app works seamlessly, on the self-cleaning feature is a game changer. This unit make nice, clear ice quickly and efficiently, making it perfect for household parties and daily use. The bin is a little bit on the small side, but big enough to get the job done. The water reservoir is about the same. The good part is that it doesn`t take up too much space on the countertop. I absolutely love it.

I recieved the ice machine and unboxed it. To say I’m impressed…. Yes yes frankly I am. This model is a counter top model. Connects using WIFI and can easily be controlled via the Ecozy home app. Absolutely love that this model via the app lets you schedule times for your machine to run. It can be done daily, weekly etc… meaning that I can always have ice ready when I get home even if I get sidetracked and forget to turn it on so long as I have scheduled it. I can even pick certain days to only make ice and certain days that it won’t. Major plus!! It has a removable container for the water to be filled to make ice. I love that it comes completly out and I can clean it as needed over time and use. The front of the machine opens forward to give access to the water container and the ice bucket that catches the ice once made. It’s easier to scoop ice out this way than the models that have top lids that lift to access the made ice. The angle of the door allows much easier access than going from the top. The ice basket is removable to clean and be able to dump ice into a cooler or a bag or whatever you would like. The inside of the machine is insulted well and really helps to hold the ice longer and keep it from melting so rapidly. Once my ice bin was full. I left it overnight in the machine (machine turned off) and still woke up to an almost full basket of ice the next morning. That is not an option with the portable smaller ice machine I have tried. They were not insulted. Once I had it up and running I had ice making in approximately 7-8 minutes. Had my first full basket In about an hour. It has a self cleaning function. That’s normal. I do wish it came with something to help flush the lines tho after repeated usage over time. Overall I would defiantly recommend this machine to anyone who is looking for that countertop machine that takes up little room. Quietly runs like it isn’t there and makes awesome pebble”Sonic” ice that everyone loves

This ice maker has been doing a great job. Makes ice very fast I believe about an hour after I plugged it in the ice tray was full. Super easy to set up, just run through it's cleaning cycle and then add some new clean water to it and it's good to go. As the ice melts it recirculates back through and makes more ice with it. This thing has a lot of great features though and is easy to read with the digital front display. Has wifi capability as well so you can control it through the app as well .

I have been using this portable ice maker for over a week and it is wonderful. It makes ice in about 15 minutes so its quick. The ice are nice small chunks so perfect for all sorts or glass sizes. The unit itself is awesome looking. Its a stainless steel finish on the outside with a modern look. The display is clear and colored perfectly and easy to read and adjust settings. This unit is controlled by an app using wifi so you can change settings, set up timers to make ice on schedules, manually turn it on/off, and check ice/water status while away from the unit. Just wonderful features, looks so nice, and works so quick and well. I highly recommend this unit!

I’ve been wanting a nice icemaker for a while. Finally ordered one and let me tell you. It did not disappoint! Looks so sleek I love the lights in it. The ice is perfect chewing ice great for drinks cocktails everything! It’s the perfect little size very quiet makes a lot of ice fast. It’s very easy to refill with the water tray keep size cold for a while!

This has been a good ice nachine so far. This replaces an Opal that was almost 4 years old that bagan to slow down and overheat. This unit produces colder ice and faster. The bin is smaller but since its faster, that is a better fit for us. It doesnt have as large of storage tank but is easier to fill with a pitcher from our Reverse Osmosis faucet. It is a little louder than the Opal but the Opal isnt whisper quiet either. Overall i like this one better. The display is cool and having the TDS meter built in is helpful for knowing when to auto clean the machine which i must say is much easier to clean. Example- my RO water has a TDS of 5 and overtime the water in the machine will start to pick up stuff from using it. Once the TDS has climbed over 30, i know its time to run a 20 minute cleaning cycle. After that the TDS will normally drop down to 7. Quite respectable and easy too. The only thing i wish were better is the noise level.

We absolutely love this ice machine. We have the Ecozy cube ice machine and now this great addition. It’s sleek and stylish looking. The soft blue LED light is a nice touch so that you can easily see how much ice is inside. It has a full smart panel with real time TDS and temperature display, double layer insulation keeps ice fresh longer. Easy straightforward set up. Just hit self clean them rinse and fill the removable water tank. Within five minutes, You have plenty of satisfying chewable ice. We also enjoy the Wi-Fi connectivity that’s hands-free through Alexa. You can create multiple schedules different ones during the week and another for the weekends . We just had a Fourth of July party and it was a huge hit, topic of conversation in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this ice machine for daily use and entertaining. Completely happy with my purchase.

This is an amazing product, my kid's are very happy with our brand new icemaker. Of course, comes with its own instruction manual. The device is a little smaller than I imagined, but I liked it even more because it fits perfectly on my kitchen island or anywhere else. It's very portable. I started looking at the details of the icemaker and realized that it works perfectly, and I can operate it from an app that connects seamlessly to my home Wi-Fi. It also includes a water temperature indicator, among other important indicators. In the manual, I read that they recommend using filtered water, or even sparkling water or soda water, which gave me more ideas to find a variety in my frozen drinks. A set of stickers is included to enhance the appearance of the icemaker, although I bought it in black because I think it gives it more elegance. I always prefer electronic devices in black. The icemaker has a capacity of 1.8 liters; according to the manual, you shouldn't exceed that capacity to achieve adequate results. It comes with a beautiful blue internal light that gives the device a special touch. Plus, the timer lets you set the freezing time for up to 10 or a little more minutes. This is fantastic.

I was on the fence about getting a countertop ice maker, but I am so glad I finally pulled the trigger on this Ecozy unit. If you're looking for that perfect, small, chewable nugget ice, this is it. First off, it is fast. I mean, really quick. You don't have to wait hours for it to get going; it starts dropping ice almost immediately, so it's perfect if you suddenly need a lot for guests or just want to fill up your tumbler for the day. Besides the great ice, the features are surprisingly useful. It looks really sharp on my counter with the stainless steel finish—it definitely doesn't look like a cheap appliance. Love love love. Perfect nugget ice. Ice maker comes with an app that is great to start it while outside. Ice is made in a timely manner. The machine is quiet and great size. If you like nugget ice this is a definite buy.

This ice maker is very easy to use. It's intuitive stylish, and fits well on a counter under any cabinets. The wifi is easy to set up and the ice is really high quality. I like how easy it is to add water and how quick it is to make Ice.

Now, i wouldnt quite call this nugget ice or sonic ice, BUT it is soft when you crunch down on it and it does come out small. As you can see from the pictures its not exactly sonic ice, but its very similar. This machine works quick and makes ice within a few minutes. First, i downloaded the app and set it up with wifi, which must be 2.5 as it doesnt work with 5. Then i filled the water drawer and inserted it back onto its shelf. After, i ran the clean cycle to really clean out the machine to get the best cleanest ice possible. Once that was done, i drained the bottom which is easy to do, but make sure you do this over the sink. Then i refilled the water drawer and went into the app to start the ice making process. Its very easy and simple to use. It says to hold down the wifi for 5 seconds but it took more like 10 seconds to start flashing. The taste of the ice is great since i have a purified water machine and use that water. Not sure how accurate the TDS meter is but its close enough. The touch screen is bold and clear, the blue light is so efficient when wanting to see if water needs to be filled or ice is full, although the app will also tell you that. I love this machine so far and so do my kids. Its great for parties or just everyday use. Cool your beverages with the cool ice maker. Im glad i spent the extra money and got this and im sure its going to last for years as its not a cheap plastic that might break easily. The ice basket is kind of small but it comes with ice bags to its easy to store ice whike you make more. I highly recommend this if you have the extra funds and want a real high tech and futuristic looking oce machine. Its esthetically pleasing and sure to impress any guests, as well as yourself.

This is my second ecozy ice maker. The first one still works perfectly but is just a basic machine and is perfect for my RV. This ice maker is bigger and has better options/features that make it perfect for everyday use. First setup is straight forward, wait two hours of it standing upright (I waited overnight). Then plug it in and you are ready to go. I ran a test cycle to purge the machine of any dust and dirt. Then I cleaned all the bins and reran the machine to make ice for me to use. Ice is produced quickly and quietly. I like that there is a refillable tank on top that will continuously make ice until the tank is empty, or the machine is filled with ice. When you open the front door of the machine you can easily see how much water is left. The ice tray can easily be removed to move ice to a bag or a different container. The ice this machine makes is awesome. It is ice nuggets that make your drink sort of like a slushy and ice cold. The ice is easy to eat as its soft and tooth breaking like regular ice. The app is nice to make changes to the machine, time, display brightness, cleaning records, button sounds, and even start and stop ice making. The app is nice, but I usually just use the buttons on the machine. Overall this is a great machine that makes ice quickly and quietly. If I ever need another ice maker I would look to this brand as they are simple, but also just work and the ice is perfect.

Sturdy packaging and detailed instruction manual make setup easy. Connecting to my home WiFi was easy too using their app. The app is simple to use and gives you the control you need. I've used this daily since it arrived and love it! The clean display and the blue light inside the ice basket is another step up. Very happy with my ice maker and I hope you will be too.

I’ve been using this ice machine for over a month now, and I have to say, it’s pretty nice! I’ve tried using different water sources, but for the best results, I stick with purified water. I really like that it gives you a water hardness reading while it’s making ice. This can help make sure the ice quality is top-notch. When I let it run continuously, you do have some ice melt after a while, but it’s really not that much. You can easily transfer the ice to the freezer after it’s done producing to avoid any ice loss. The ice is these small little cubes, about 1/4”x 1/4”. It reminds me of ice from some fast food restaurants like Sonic. It starts dropping ice in about 10 minutes and fills up the ice bin in about an hour or so. It stops producing when the bin is full, and when you scoop some out, it automatically fills the bin back to the top. So, you always have ice ready for you and your guests. The only thing we noticed is that it’s a bit louder than we would like while it’s cooling and producing ice. I only really notice it when it’s quiet in the house, so it’s to be expected. I also like that it has a cleaning cycle it helps with keeping top quality ice production. We like the looks of it, the touch control panel and the light are nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a countertop Ice Maker.
