Seems pretty nice although I haven’t used all of the features yet. Installer was great and would highly recommend him. Regarding the oven itself, the sales pitch is completely misleading regarding it being an Air Fryer. Even though the enclosed instruction book clearly state's in one place that the needed rack for that is included, it is actually a whole extra purchase you have to make separately. This is revealed in a different, totally contradictory statement in a later section in the exact same instruction book. I don’t have the rack so can’t comment on whether that works well or even at all. Way to go folks, very disappointing since I’ll probably never get one. You already got $2,000 of my money and that’s too much to be tossing any more your way.

The install was seemless. Fernando arrived on time and with a great attitude. He was very helpful and explained how the over works. Then he took the old over and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. Even took the box it came in. I'm 100% satisfied with this purchase. Oh, and the oven is beautiful as well. Thanks Best Buy!

I have been trying to replace a double oven wall unit for 3 years. Due to Covid the supply chain was broken so every time I ordered a unit that stated that it was in-stock Best Buy would delay by a month at a time. Twice this happened with a Kitchenaide replacement and twice it was delayed a little at a time. Delays stretched out to 6 months at which time I gave up and cancelled order. Best But was very professional and gave me a full credit each time. I finally looked at units again in Jan 2023 and purchase a Bosch single wall oven and a micro/convection wall oven. This time it was only delayed by a few weeks and I actually got both units delivered to my house in March 2023. I did have to hire an electrician to install a wall plug for the microwave unit and a carpenter to put two new shelves for each unit to rest on. I converted the original cut out from a double oven set to the micro unit and single oven. I finally have what I have wanted for 3 years and am very happy with both Bosch units. The microwave/convection wall unit is amazing. No need for a double oven when you have this unit. The Bosch single unit convection oven is well made, cooks food evenly, racks are solid and glide easily. Both units a really nice upgrade to kitchen. I don’t think you need to spend a small fortune for appliances when you can get a Bosch product.

Love the new 24" wall oven, replaced my old one that was repairable, built 1996. Sleek, good looking and versatile. It bakes, broils, convection, air fryer and steams. 2 modes of self cleaning. Installation by Geek squad was perfect and he showed me how to operate it before he left; cleaned up everything and hauled away my old oven.

The install was quick and professional. There were deep scratches on front if oven, but tech said he'd let them know. They came out and replaced the front plate. Love the oven. Haven't tried everything on it yet.

I'm always a little nervous replacing appliances that fit into a 30" cabinet. Ben from Best Buy's installation team made it easy and comforting, as I always expect SOME issues with a new install. They had it installed and working perfectly within 30 minutes. Pay the extra money for professionals like Ben. Kudos to the Best Buy team!

The installer was excellent and very professional. He answered all my questions and did not leave until we were fully satisfied. The finished job was just as I had hoped it would be.

I love my Frigidaire - Gallery Series 27" Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven - Stainless steel. It has all the features I wanted. I especially like the fact that the door swings open left to right (or right to left, it is adjustable!). It is so much easier getting close to the oven, putting in, and taking out, AND especially when cleaning! I also had to wait 6 months for this oven, which these days I guess isn't unusual. I do recommend this oven. But.......Best Buy service sucks. Hence the four stars.

Paid for installation, was told if it was not a standard install you have to pay more. They took less than 30 minutes to remove and kinda install the new oven. The new oven is wired and works, but they did not secure the oven in place or put the vents on the oven. They told us how to do it. Seemed easy, its not. So we can pull the new oven right out off the wall. The old oven was secured from the bottom but the new oven secures from sides. We have called several cabinet companies, all of them said no, that the installers should have done that and we should get a new installer to finish installing the oven.

Installers were great. They were contracted by Best Buy but were professional, handling the items carefully. Their appearance was clean & they were knowledgeable on how to install. Very pleased with the job.

Guys were timely. Done in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up and hauled away old unit. Best $200 spent this month.

Delivery and install was very well communicated and they were professional and swift.
