great unit. easy to install, works great, cools my bedroom in a matter of minutes. love the Eco feature, so it's not always running. remote makes it easier to use without getting out of bed

So far so good. Installation was easy. We had two people-one inside and one outside. We’ve used it only twice. We will have to see how it holds up to the Texas heat. Glad it has a remote and was on sale!

The air conditioner works great and is very easy to install. Took 5 minutes max. It’s a bit louder than I was expecting but it’s not enough for me to dock a star. I bought two on a super sale and am very happy with them for the price I paid. I don’t know that I would’ve paid full price, but definitely would have spent a bit more if I needed to.

Kinda noisy, keeps room cool not cold. Stopped working less than a year old.

I am very happy overall with the air conditioner. It runs quietly compared with past AC units I have owned of the same BTU rating. My window is 40 inches wide that I put the unit in, but the accordion sides only open to about 36 inches. I needed to cut some wood to piece into the open area.

Doesn’t freeze up . Electric bill went up only a few dollars. Blows really cool in a 400 sq ft room

I like this unit! Had an unusual install in a small slider window, but all went well. This unit cools my bedroom down to 68 at night with no problem. Only complaint please add remote key lights. Can't see in a dark room makes the process of changing settings tough.

Ideal for any room, easy to install, very good remote, nothing to complain about.

This AC is not exactly quiet. But it isn't as noisy as the 15 yr old one that I replaced. It works well in our bedroom. I bought the 350 sq ft option. Works well for the money.

I bought this for it's quiet feature. Not as quiet as I expected but it's okay. Nice cool air but when I hit fan mode, there's a certain industrial type of smell that comes out of it. Other than that I am satisfied with my purchase.

Mounted into the window fairly easy with the window installation kit. It is not as quiet as I would have liked, but when in use it definitely does the job cooling down the room.

Really pleased with the Emerson window air condition. My husband and I love the energy setting feature and digital display. We are very pleased with our new purchased air conditioner!
