I am a long time owner of an Epson Fax machine, I have been purchasing this ink for a while. It is easy to install and it will last according to the usage, In my opinion, the price is a bit high but what can you do when you need the ink. I would recommend this product because of its quality.

Purchased above noted Epson 252 black and color cartridge set from your store in Wentzville and don’t have my receipt. Ever since installing cartridges, which I have barely tried to use, printing and copying comes out with faded spots and sometimes lines. Have never had this product do this before. I Wud like to exchange for another set just like it but don’t have receipt. May I bring cartridges back and get a new set to try?

This is the second set of cartridges that I have purchased and both times there has been a problem with the color. The recommendation to clean the heads improved the quality, but it takes so much ink to clean the heads that you have to purchase another cartridge. Not good. It should work with good color out of the box

Expensive but works as intended. I tried to buy off brand recycled ink but the company makes it so the printer won't work with any other type.

Epson 252 is the printer ink my sturdy printer needs. It consistently gives professional results, with no mess. Easy to take out the used cartridge and simple to put in the new cartridge. I highly recommend Epson ink along with Best Buy as my source. A store clerk helped order this online and it was quickly delivered to my home.

Our ink cartridge usage means that I need to buy one of these 4 packs and one additional black cartridge yearly. Ergo, my purchase may sit for six months or more before I start needing the cartridges. I've never had any not work properly. That is always a worry, but these Epson OEM cartridges come out of their packets ready to put in a good day's work. Previous experience with non-OEM cartridges convinced me that OEM is the only way to go. Easy to install, works as expected.

Epson ink cartridges are great quality imo, and function well. They are easy to install & operate. Best Buy seems to have the best price on cartridges in our area (even beating Sam's Club). Highly recommend!

The replacement ink cartridges for my Workforce-7620 printer fit and immediately began spewing forth black & white as well as color prints. Amazing. The 4-pack is more economical than buying each color individually.

Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store. Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. I’ve always use original ink for my Epson printer. Easy to install and started using it at the moment. Good ink quality, it doesn’t smear off. I looked for the bundle (black and color) inks but it wasn’t available. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.
