Works great! I love that there are 2 paper trays so you can easily print different sizes without changing the paper. I was even able to print on bags without any problem… my old printer would jam so easily. I was planning a surprise engagement party and decided to get a new printer to help make everything. Best decision ever!!

I needed a color printer for printing larger format drawings at 11x17 and 12x18, plus envelopes. While less than a color laser printer, this ink producing great color prints, was easy to set-up and works wirelessly with Apple AirPrint.

I'm still working my way through this printer. Too many trays to figure out and not overly impressed. Many annoying things like when I shut it off, it asks me if I'm sure. Seriously? It's heavy and cumbersome. I had thought about taking it back but waited too long. I can't pick it up by myself.

I am in love with this printer because it has two trays for different paper sizes, and a rear tray that accommodates wide format paper! It was easy to set up the wifi connection, as well as the connection with my laptop. This is a fantastic, versatile office printer!

For the price this is a great printer! I printer posters of my art work and they come out really nice and clean.

Epson - WorkForce Pro WF-7310 Wireless Wide-Format Inkjet Printer - Black is a good printer, that does everything I need it to do.

Seems to loose connectivity too often. Maybe it's on my end but it's super frustrating.

This would have been 5 star however if you do the updates it makes Elpson ink cartridges a must for it to work.

I am very pleased with Best Buy services. The employees were very helpful; taking the time to answer all my questions and explain details of the products I where looking for. They were very knowledgeable in the different products me and my wife was looking for. We purchased a few things that we had no knowledge about, but after their staff finished helping us. We felt very confident in our purchases. And even though we spent quite a bit for our business. They went the extra mile in helping us with a few options to save few hundred dollars. I really appreciate all the service and advise they gave me and my wife in making my shopping experience a great one.

Great printer. Uses a lot of ink. Had to buy more ink after 50 prints

I've had this printer for just over a year and I've spent 3 times what I expected to on ink. And it's because if you utilize their "update", you will update yourself into no longer being able to use third party or even refilled brand name ink cartridges. It was tolerable until this last update has even excluded me from printing in black and white UNLESS I have every single color refilled. And they can't be empty, either. Or It Will Not Operate! I'm done with Epson. I won't even give it away because this machine is no gift. But hey, it does put out some high quality, very expensive prints.....

I love the quality of this printer but ink is way too expensive. There is not a huge selection of printers that print 11x17, so we bought this and works great, but the ink is just too much.

I bought this printer because I needed it to print 11x17 and it works amazing! the printer takes paper of all thickness, and the set up was beyond easy. I use this printer multiple times a day, and after a month is working great! sometimes it takes a second to realize there's paper in the tray, but opening and closing the tray fixes it.
