Customer Ratings & Reviews

Works great! I love that there are 2 paper trays so you can easily print different sizes without changing the paper. I was even able to print on bags without any problem… my old printer would jam so easily. I was planning a surprise engagement party and decided to get a new printer to help make everything. Best decision ever!!

The standout feature is, without a doubt, its ability to produce stunning, borderless prints up to 13" x 19". Whether I'm printing large, detailed spreadsheets, creating marketing flyers, or producing proofs for a design project, the output is consistently sharp and vibrant. Text is crisp and easy to read, and colors are rich and accurate, lending a professional polish to every page.

As a graphic designer, precision and vibrant colors are non-negotiable for my projects, and this printer has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Firstly, the print quality is outstanding. The colors are vivid, the details are crisp, and the overall clarity is remarkable. The printer boasts an impressive resolution, ensuring that every intricate detail of my designs is faithfully reproduced on paper. Whether I'm working on large posters, banners, or intricate illustrations, this printer consistently delivers stunning results.

I needed a color printer for printing larger format drawings at 11x17 and 12x18, plus envelopes. While less than a color laser printer, this ink producing great color prints, was easy to set-up and works wirelessly with Apple AirPrint.

I am in love with this printer because it has two trays for different paper sizes, and a rear tray that accommodates wide format paper! It was easy to set up the wifi connection, as well as the connection with my laptop. This is a fantastic, versatile office printer!

For the price this is a great printer! I printer posters of my art work and they come out really nice and clean.

I bought this printer because I needed it to print 11x17 and it works amazing! the printer takes paper of all thickness, and the set up was beyond easy. I use this printer multiple times a day, and after a month is working great! sometimes it takes a second to realize there's paper in the tray, but opening and closing the tray fixes it.

The print quality was good. The set up was easy to connect to WiFi. I like the Wide feature because i can print my logos in larger sizes. The two trays allow for me not to keep having to change paper. Overall great product.

I was pleased with the easy set-up and the ability to print Ledger size copies.

I am very pleased with Best Buy services. The employees were very helpful; taking the time to answer all my questions and explain details of the products I where looking for. They were very knowledgeable in the different products me and my wife was looking for. We purchased a few things that we had no knowledge about, but after their staff finished helping us. We felt very confident in our purchases. And even though we spent quite a bit for our business. They went the extra mile in helping us with a few options to save few hundred dollars. I really appreciate all the service and advise they gave me and my wife in making my shopping experience a great one.

Great printer for wide format sublimation it was easy to change over

The WF-7310 prints fine but I don't use it very often because the ink is so expensive. I would still recommend it, though, for the wide format print option!

This is a great printer. Easy to set up, no big hassle. Printing in a matter of minutes.

Our old printer started acting up so we bought this to replace it. It prints really clearly and is easy to set up.
