So much fun connecting with family. Glad we bought the larger screen and the sound is great! Wonderful picture quality!

I bought the portal so I could see my children and grandchildren. It exceeds my expectations. I feel I am in the same room when I am talking with them. My favorite feature is Superframe. You can view your photos you have posted on facebook or have add to the portal app as a large clear digital photo frame. The clencher was having Alexa control with portal. I use Alexa for everything. I would highly recommend buying the portal facebook.

We were very skeptical at first if our parents would use this.. but we took a chance... Since purchasing this for our parents who try to stay in touch with family all over the country.. They now take this on trips with them.. and it makes having a video call with large groups of people very convenient. so when they are visiting one kid and grand kids.. others can call in and feel like they are visiting as well.. I highly recommend this..

Picture and sound is great. The camera works good when following and zooming feature also.

Used it for 2 months and it has been the best video-calling experience with my family. It really is like what they advertised, tracks faces, great video and audio. I used both Amazon's Alexa Show and Spot, but the camera and functions on the Portal really takes video-calling much more enjoyable. Available apps on the Portal is limited, and you can't search for songs in the Spotify app; I didn't get Portal for the applications.

Excellent picture and sound with seamless internet connectivity.

We live far away from family so the portals are wonderful devices to keep us in video contact. We have our portal in the kitchen and when I call my parents and chat while cooking and walking around in the kitchen the camera tracks and refocuses automatically. My parents have a portal on their end and the picture is very crisp. We are very pleased with this product.

Great design and ease of use, but limited on apps and need premium music chanels unless you tie it into alexa

1st one failed, took back & got another. This one completed it's software upgrade w/no problem. Have called others & even created a 3 way conversation. Just wanted conversations with family without getting sick (COVID-19). I bought some for other family members!

I bought this for my wife for Xmas. This was really useful in the kitchen when utilizing cooking recipe talking to someone while being able to do other things just to list a few reasons. Only thing she wishes is that it could be removed from the base to sit down with. Other than that it is great..

I bought this for my mom and she loves it. She loves watching Facebook video and calling to her sister. The screen is large and great for viewing in the kitchen without having to move the portal around. The only issues she has had is that she cannot connect her AirPods to the portal and also every once in a while the portal freezes. A restart usually fixes the issue but it’s irritating to have to restart.

Best buy was one of the only stores open during our little snow storm here in Charlotte, NC! We ended up buying this thing after playing with the floor model and its pretty cool! Definitely worth the price. It is also really big, a lot bigger than I thought based on the adds I saw on tv.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. My father hadn’t seen this brother in 12 years. It’s like being there in person. Sometimes they talk for hours. My dad got this large one and I sent his brother and granddaughter the smaller versions. Now he can talk to his brother, granddaughter, great grandchildren.

Bought this for what I had hoped would be my wife by now for Christmas 2018. She said it was the nicest thing anyone had ever given her. I will always think of her when I see one. It was just the beginning of a lot of stuff that would have came her way! New Lexus, House, etc!!! But oh well!!!

I got this for my 83 year old mom and she can't stop using it. The ease of controlling it with voice prompts is perfect and she loves it. I highly recommend it for older adults who are on facebook and want to stay connected to kids and grandkids. She video calls them all the time now.
