Great product, easy to use and easy clean up. You can use is consistently for a few minutes before it needs to cool off but it does what you pay for. Great for home use.

I was initially hesitant to switch brands to this Amazon shredder, was perfectly happy with the previous shredders that I have owned/used. I now feel as though I wished I had purchased one sooner, as this is the best shredder that I have owned/used for my use in a home office. I use it every day, and am amazed at how quiet it is, the shreds are uniform and tiny, and it handles shredding credit cards and even more than the recommended 7-sheets of paper easily.

I bought this shredder as a replacement to one I had for over 5 years. This new one is good for the price I paid. I definitely like the fact that I can shred 7 papers at once, which is an upgrade from my last one. It also shreds credit cards with no issues. The only reason I didn't give it all stars, because there is no child safety lock.

I only gave it a 4 because it is not a wireless fax, which the salesperson assured me it was and the ink didn't last long. However the printing is fast and the quality of the printed job, including pictures, is great.

I bought this shredder for home use. It has worked great so far. I like that it shreds documents into small pieces. It doesn't work that great for credit cards...leaves a big leftover unshredded chunk.

Good shredder for personal or small office use. Struggles to handle 7 sheets as is claimed. But competently shreds 1-4 sheets, staples, envelopes.

Overall it's a great shredder. You can't put too much in at once or it gets stuck and you have to dig it out.

My husband wanted us to buy a shredder but I always postponed it until I saw this one I immediately fell in love with it so I decided to buy it,and am so happy I bought it because is so easy to use and the noise is so low, now I don't have to wet my letters before I discard, I just put it in and the magic start..seriously I love it and I recommend it to you as well and it works so perfectly for it price.

Bought this to replace an older shredder we had, finally died, bought this one which was a slight step up from our previous model and am very impressed so far, works smoothly and the quantity of sheets at a time is perfect for the level of use.
