I have opened the package and inspected the contents, but haven’t tried it yet. Looks like most are in good condition and should be easy to use and maintain. The only issue is insufficient padding material between the clay grill and the metal grate, which causes the pink surface of the grill scratched off in two areas showing the brown clay underneath. Relatively superficial but not ideal.

Beautiful, cooked charcoal beautifully and safely. Reminded me of the yakitori restaurants in Japan.

It is pink, not tan. It's also very heavy. The air intake vents are flimsy almost tin foil thin... The grill warped the first time I used it, so round items like hot dogs try to roll off the edges. No mater where you put the intake vents, the temperature is high only... everything will burn before cooking all the way through... it is however, very efficient in its use of charcoal fuel.. and it stays hot for hours.

Only used it once so far but very happy with the grill. Easy to use and seem quality.

Excelente little robata grill, if you're looking for an authentic Japanese robata for a good price point get this one! If you know how to use it properly it's amazing

Had Yakatori at a restaurant and loved it so decided to buy this grill. Grill works well, but do not get it wet!

The grill is fun to enjoy time with you families and friends. If you are looking to feed your family FAST, this is not a grill for you.

A little heavy, cooks real fast, i love this grill, the frame did not get hot at all, can't wait till falcon football start, me, my grill and dirt bird on tap. I LOVE THIS GRILL

I love this item ,seen it and ordered it and use it three x's my friends and family seen it and was intrigued and asking where I purchased it from I told them.and they purchased one.

Overall, the grill works well except for the following: 1) Grill ceramic incurred hairline cracks after first use. 2) Vent doors are very thin metal and do not open/close with ease.

Could be packed a little bit better because it is very delicate. Make sure you keep it dry. The product works great tho.

The worst “BBQ” related purchase we have ever made … Arrived with cracked/destroyed bottom coal tray . When attempted on 4 occasions to contact manufacturer , they have never responded .
