The product is fine, not earth shattering but meets the purpose. There are times when my child is trying to reach me by text or call and it does not go thru. But good to have it since there is something until he grows into get a phone.

My kid loves it. Getting him excited about some healthy habits and we can control his device through an easy to use app.

Our daughter loves it, we got it primarily to be able to track her bus ride home from school and while the location updates are bit slower than we'd like it does the job. Mixed opinions on not being able to call like a phone - Ie only can call a 'app' on parents phones, but that's good and bad..

My 10-year-old loves this watch! It makes movement fun with games and rewards, and I love being able to track their location, message or call them through the app. Setup was easy, and the safety features give me peace of mind. Only downside is the battery—it needs to be charged daily. Still, it’s a great option for kids who aren’t ready for a phone.

I bought the Fitbit Ace LTE for my child, and it has been an excellent investment. What I love the most is that it includes features like GPS, calling, and messaging through the app, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. I can easily communicate with my child while they’re playing or at extracurricular activities. The battery life is decent, and the design is modern yet kid-friendly. It’s comfortable to wear, and my child loves using it to track steps and stay active. The water resistance is another big plus—I don’t have to worry if they wear it in the rain or while washing their hands. One area for improvement could be adding more watch face customization options, as they are somewhat limited. Other than that, the Fitbit Ace LTE delivers on everything it promises and more. It’s the perfect tool to keep kids connected and active at the same time. I highly recommend it!

This is a good product and my is enjoying with this smart watch.. mainly, this helps to call and track.

I love the product my sons enjoyed the device especially since it has games to motivate movement. However, It only really registers movement in walking /running. It will not do like elliptical or it does not state if it is like cardio, ect. I ordered because i thought it would track distance because he is in XC but it does NOt even with membership fee. Super limited even with membership fee. For that i can just buy a adult smart watch

No regrets. ! I have a 9yr old who really doesn't need a cell phone but needed some way to be reached in case I needed to. I did some research to see what options were out there that would suit our needs of simplicity, gps capability, texting and calling and this smartwatch checked all those boxes without breaking the bank. It's a great starter gadget for kids that are too young for the responsibility of a cell phone. My son loves his smartwatch. He is able to text and call without any issues. I would definitely recommend it to fellow parents with kids between 6-11.

This watch is exactly what we needed for our 10 year old kid this summer. He is becoming more and more independent and this watch gives us the peace of mind to let him roam a bit more. We can track him from the app via GPS, he can text people within his family, call us directly from the watch, and helps him feel safer our there on his own.

I bought this for my son(8). He loves it. It gives him a bit of responsibility, keeping track of it and charging it. I like how it doesnt allow anyone outside of my approval to contact him, and I'm able to find his location

One of the best gifts I could have ever gotten my 8 year old. Only downside is the subscription and the battery life. Would be nice if it could last more than a day but it’s great be able to track and communicate with my child with control over who can contact him and who he can contact. Now we are randomly getting texts from our sweet boy telling us to have a nice day and that he loves us. Can’t wait for our middle child to be old enough to buy him one as well.

Face of watch is too easily damaged for kids… recommend a protector for it that won’t just unclick from the device

My 9 year old started having interest in smart phones and smart watches recently and was asking about getting a phone or a watch for Christmas. I was so relieved when his father found a smart watch that allowed my son to have smart watch capabilities without actually getting a smart phone. We got one for him and his 8 year old brother, and so far it's been such a great decision. Them being able to so easily call me and text me is so helpful. I also really like that I can easily see where they are, regardless of whether or not they're near Wifi, and it also tells me whether or not they actually have their watch on their wrist. So far, this watch is a real game-changer for us and I couldn't be happier with it.`
