Heart reading while resting is very accurate. Not always as accurate while exercising compared to the elliptical machine or stationary bike. Steps appear very accurate. Enjoy competing with friends. A good motivation tool.

The new Fitbit charge is helping me monitor my progress with health even more in depth as I can see my heart rate in real time meaning I can target rate zones for results. Sleep tracking is now also automatic so no more guessing and playing with the log.

The Fitbit Charge HR allows the user to track their Heart Rate fairly accurately. This new addition to Fitbit devices, in combination with all of the past outstanding features, makes this a very worthwhile purchase for those interested in tracking their activity. It is light on the wrist and easy to set up as well.

For the most part the FitBit is user friendly and tracks a variety of items. Very interesting to see how you are really sleeping at night, how many steps you are taking(or not taking). I'm pretty happy with my Charge HR

It is durable and it tracks sleep, heart rate, steps and additional items; however, it should be compatible in water as well.

The heart rate monitor works great. Really like seeing how I am sleeping. The only thing that took a bit to figure out was how I was doing stairs while driving, but all I had to do was tell it I was driving at the time and it took away the stair count.

As a mailman, I wanted something that could track my steps perfectly, tell the time, and check my pulse. This thing does that all that plus track sleep patterns, floors traveled, and you can set an alarm. Plus you can track your workouts and runs

I really like my Fitbit! I love how it tracks my steps, heart rate and calories; it keeps me on track!! My only wish would be that it was waterproof. I knew when I bought it that it was not waterproof, and am OK with it; just would be a nice feature.

    Accurate HR

So far had my Charge HR and I am liking it a lot better then just the regular Charge. Did have trouble figuring out the HR facetime wasn't working along with the caller id. My phone would find the device but couldn't communicate with it. So I was able to figure that mess out and now back on track! As far as the accuracy when on cardio machines, it's pretty spot on, but when I use it for the program, Daily Burn, the program gives you an "estimate" on how many calories you burn, well the "estimate" is way off....was suppose to burn 325 calories according to the program, but my Fitbit told me I only burned about 100 calories....I believe the Fitbit more then the program, besides it was "Lean Abs" exercise, not a whole lot of cardio going on when doing sit ups and planking. So far, I am happy with my purchase!

Picked up one each for my wife and I. Sleep tracking is excellent (though you may need to set it to "sensitive" to get a more accurate reflection) and the heart rate monitor is a nice addition.

I love the Charge HR. I like being able to see my heart rate any time I feel the need. I do wish the battery would last longer though. The battery on my Fitbit One would last at least a couple of weeks but the Charge HR battery only lasts 5 days.

Purchased my HR Charge after getting tired of waiting on the UP. Wish I had purchased it to begin. Wear it all the time as it does everything advertised. Love to keep track of steps, stairs, etc and compare day to day. Makes you want to do more!

This is a prefect entry into the world of wearables. It provides good tracking of my heart rate and steps and the app that goes along with it is great for tracking progress. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to start out on a fitness band.

This was a present for my wife. She loves it. She had the UP24 before and like that too, but this is so much better. The battery life is the only thing that was better on the UP24. She loves working out with it and checking her steps per day.

This is my 3rd FitBit, first with the HR. The regular Charge broke in half twice. While FitBit is awesome in replacing them, I wanted to try a different kind of band. Thick wrists I guess is to blame. So far so good!

I've been looking for a fitness device that included a heart rate feature. This device does just that. I've been wearing one since last October and needed to get another one when mine broke (it was not the devices fault but mine). I use the heart rate and steps features the most. You can't go wrong with this device. If I had any complaints it is with the band. I would like something different. When you sweat a lot there is a slight smell from the band. Other than that it's a great device.

Fits comfortably. Like the mobile apps. Love connecting friends, encourages motivation. Had a little trouble syncing to phone. Would be nice to have an alert to remind to keep moving. Wish it was waterproof and could track any aquatic activity.

I LOVE my Fitbit!! It is SUPER accurate and motivating. After a few days of wearing it, it gets used to your activity level and becomes even more accurate. The large fit perfectly on my normal sized girly wrists. I would definitely recommend it!

This is the first time I have ever bought a watch, let alone on that is focused on my fitness. It does a great job of tracking your sleep, heart rate, steps, etc. Although if you plan on wearing this way 24/7 it is probably not for you. I've had this product for about a month now and it shows some wear. The screen has noticeable chips in the sides where I bump it on things. I work in an office typing on the computer most of the day. It's dissapointing that it doesn't handle wear better.
