Looks good but didn't lay flat - too expensive

We got the black prismatic for a 43" TV. Never sat flat on the TV and could not detect any "single" side that was bent. Basically tightening the corners seemed to create enough pressure to make it bend up 1/4" of the face of the TV. Didn't like that it created havoc with the sensors to auto turn on with movement in the room.
