I wasn’t sure about Apple Fitness+ at first, but it’s actually been a great way to stay active, especially on busy days. The workouts are easy to follow, and there’s a good mix from strength and even guided walks. The trainers have great energy, and the Apple Watch integration is super helpful for tracking progress and staying motivated. Plus, the music playlists make the sessions more fun it’s like working out with a friend who’s way more in shape than you. Only thing I’d say is it’d be nice to have more advanced programs or structured plans to follow over time. But honestly, for the price and convenience, it’s definitely worth it if you’re trying to get (or stay) in shape without overcomplicating things.

A LIL CONTEXT I've always been a bit of a gym rat, but lately I've been finding it harder and harder to get to the gym on a regular basis. I'm either too busy or too tired. That's why I decided to give Apple Fitness+ a try. MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR I've been using Apple Fitness+ for a few weeks now, and I'm hooked. The workouts are challenging and motivating, and the instructors are great. I also love that I can use it on my iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, so I can work out anywhere in my house. One of the things I like most about this program is the variety of workouts it offers. There's something for everyone, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete. I've tried everything from HIIT to yoga to Pilates, and I've enjoyed all of the workouts. Another thing I like about it is the quality of the instructors. They're all super knowledgeable and motivating. They also do a great job of explaining the exercises and offering modifications for different fitness levels. I'm also a big fan of the interface. It's easy to use and navigate, and it provides you with all the information you need to track your progress. I especially like the way it integrates with the Apple Watch. It's great to be able to see my heart rate and other metrics in real time. TIPS Start with a beginner workout and gradually increase the difficulty as you get stronger and fitter. Take advantage of the service's personalized recommendations. Apple Fitness+ will recommend workouts based on your fitness level and interests. Don't be afraid to try new types of workouts. I’ve only had these airpods for about a month and I can confidently say that it’s worth every penny. The noise cancellation feature was a bit uncomfortable at first because it gives the feeling of ears plugging when going into high altitudes, but i got used to it pretty quickly! I love the different noise options from suppression to one that gives you the ability to hear everything very clearly. Very useful on walks when you need to be wary about your surroundings. It also comes with different sizes that could fit your ear which is very convenient. The find my iphone ability is another absolute favorite feature of mine since I tend to lose things quite easily. You have the option of ringing the airpods individually or even the case which the old airpods couldn’t. There’s also an option to use a tracker and uses sensors to show you where they are. Extremely helpful for someone who is forgetful like me!! I will always recommend these airpods to a friend or family.

I love using this app. I do landscaping and work at a nursery full time. Knowing how many steps I’m taking and the amount of calories I’m burning is crucial to know during my day. Closing the rings makes it extra fun!

I can’t believe that Best Buy gave me this gift card, just for purchasing an Apple Gift Card that I used to purchase a new Apple iPhone! What a deal!!!!! I’m not sure how to use it, yet, but I’m going to give it a try.

This is a great app, and the workout menu is great and easy to follow. I really enjoy how motivating and accessible everything is. In the future, I’d love to see a few features added, like customizable goals with a workout plan using the same app workouts, an open running coach, music playlists curated by the trainers, and the ability to use the Fitness app on my iPhone when my watch runs out of battery or when I forget to bring it. Still, awesome job so far!

Love it tracks everything very convenient and easy to learn

I really didn't think I would use or appreciate Apple Fitness+, since I am not a very active person usually. However, the value of this app/service is incredible! It works with your iPhone or Apple Watch to track your activity levels, has a simple UI and reminder system to help you set, track, and celebrate achieving activity goals, and has a massive repository of well-made videos right on the app to help guide you through exercises and workouts! It is simple to use, effective for what it tries to do, and a great service.

I’m a workout girl and I love music, I purchased the Beats Solo and got a free trial for apple fitness and I loved it so much ! I used my Apple Watch to track my progress and keep track of how much food and water I ate and was also able to have a free trial for Apple Music!! The combination of all is so perfect for me ! I loved being able to workout, track my progress, and no aids with music , once my trails were up i became a subscriber!!

You can find videos dedicated to so many activity types on one platform. It’s honestly very helpful. Highly recommended.

I am loving Apple fitness! Using it in conjunction with my Apple Watch, I’ve been able to track my movement throughout the day and visualize my activity. As a student, I am sitting around studying for most of the day. I enjoy getting reminders to stand and move around. Closing my rings feels like such an accomplishment!
