Broken Window Kit, Best Buy Support Unhelpful

I wish I could say I love this AC. Unfortunately, I haven't even been able to use it because the window kit arrived cracked. I tried to reach out to support for a replacement (I dont even mind paying for it either!) and got an AI bot that told me to "bring my device to my nearest store" for repairs or told me to ship the entire AC back for an exchange, which just isn't realistic... Also, it got delivered in very obvious packaging and was just left at my apartment front door. For a $375 purchase, I would hope for discrete packaging at the very least. I will be looking elsewhere for a replacement window kit and will probably not make such a big purchase at Best Buy again.
