Great product but need to improve manual

The AC unit performs well, but the installation process was frustrating, particularly when it came to connecting the hose. The manual lacks clear instructions on how to properly attach the long hose to the two connectors before connecting them to the machine. This oversight led to confusion and, unfortunately, I ended up damaging the hose during installation. As a result, I had to resort to using tape to complete the setup.
The manufacturer should consider revising the manual to include more detailed, step-by-step instructions for hose installation. This improvement would greatly benefit users and prevent potential damage to the unit's components. Despite this setback, the AC functions effectively once properly installed.
In summary, while the AC's performance is commendable, the installation process could be significantly improved with better documentation.

Not worth the dual set up/faulty product

Don't buy, I had to return one because the fan operation didn't work out the box. After receiving a replacement, 3 months in, it is not turning on. Reached out to customer support which is email only which I thought was strange. They sent a new unit and told me to Cut the cord from the broken one and send a picture back. I received the new unit and to my surprise, the fan isn't working. I am going to fight to get my money back and will buy a reliable brand like GE or Fridgraire.

Got 2 units neither unit worked. Both looked to be open box. Best Buy would not replace even though wanted to try instead of a refund. Unit was very heavy but still wanted to give it a shot. Now left without while i wait for refund to go through. Really left me in a spot. Would not recommend Best Buy to anyone.

We have only had this for a couple of months but we have used both the cooler and the heater. We had a different brand of the same unit and it lasted about five years hope this one lasts that long.
