Customer Ratings & Reviews

Absolutely not worth it. Don’t put yourself through this nightmare. The top burners seemed to work fine, but the moment we tried using the oven, the entire home smelled like gas. We hoped it was just the usual ‘new appliance’ burn-off, but the smell only got stronger and more alarming so we turned off the oven. After giving it a few days we tried again, we were hit with the same overpowering gas odor. We had no choice but to call the gas company, and they confirmed what we suspected—a leak. The oven was releasing dangerous levels of gas due to incomplete combustion so they red tagged it labeling it a hazardous appliance. Extremely unsafe to have in our home. This was a huge inconvenience, a safety risk, and completely unacceptable for a brand new item. Spare yourself the frustration and danger—look elsewhere.

Stylish and solid build with intuitive controls that make cooking a breeze. Heats up quickly and keeps temperature steady, perfect for everything from simmering to searing. Cleaning is easy thanks to the smooth cooktop surface. Overall, a dependable kitchen workhorse.

Great stove. Nice price. Easy to use and very stylish.

I recently purchased this stove, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s not only sleek and high-quality, but it’s also taller than our old one — which is perfect for our tall family. Cooking is so much more comfortable now, and it feels like it was made just for us. Absolutely love it!

The range is easy to clean and use . The Bottom drawer is difficult to pull open . Not enough room for grabbing handle .

Great oven. Had a bit of a problem with the first one not being calibrated correctly and Best Buy wasted no time in getting me a new unit withina few days. Thanks Best Buy!

Satisfied with Gas Range product, Delivery was a nightmare!! My appointment for delivery of product was rescheduled TWICE!! Spent hours on phone for a LIVE person, communication between Best Buy and Delivery was horrible. It was an inconvenience for sure.

easy to use and even has factory warranty for factory issues, we had an issue with It smelling a lot like gas and they came quickly to resolve and now its perfect.

Love it! Takes longer to heat to temperature than the alert would have you believe but after you get used to it it cooks great and very evenly!

First off it took a while for me to get it but it was worth the wait . It cooks my food evenlyand all of mycakes comeout perfect. I am glad the salesperson recommended this stove for me and my family.

Nice stove, have had it for about 2 months. Like the edge to edge grates. No issues so far.

Love this gas stove needed a new stove for a while now and couldn't decide, so we picked this gas stove and very very glad we did. Love the extra drawer at the bottom for extra storage that's a big bonus.

Good looking and efficient. All we wanted in the stove.

Stove looks nice and works well.Need to upgade next stove with more bells and wistles

This is my first gas stove, and I couldn't be happier. The grates are super robust cast iron, which I love, and it has a great variety of burner sizes. The oven warmed up quickly and the temperature was spot on. Well done!

I bought this for my mother-in-law and she could not be happier. She is constantly cooking and baking and said this is the best stove she has ever uses and she is 75 years old. That says something.

Worked well on first try…burners are good. A little difficult to clean the top

Actually a great gas stove. Makes it that much better because we got it for a great deal.

This was a replacement for my 20 year old range. Amazing what a difference it makes. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great Range, I don’t do a lot of cooking but when I do with my new range I enjoy it
