I love it. It's in my living room and I dont have to turn my TV up. It works quickly and it looks so cute compared to those old big ugly boxes

I bought this air conditioner as a house warming present for my brother and he loves it! This somewhat small unit cools his kitchen/dining room/kitchen area well. I was surprised! This is hands down the prettiest air conditioner I've ever seen. It actually adds to the room rather than being an eye sore. The wifi option is the main reason I bought it and I've heard it works well.

A/C window unit was brought to place in a weight room to save my life. I can training without leaving the exercise equipment . I need to lose weight and the remote air conditioner it a great assets for my health requirements. I purchase this items $50.00 less than regular cost and I would purchase again

Using it in our bedroom, it's a nice lookin AC except at night when the light comes on because you change a setting it's very bright. Noise level is fair. Cold air flows well, except that it only shoots up from the top. So our blinds bang against the window frame unless we tape them down. If you have a ceiling fan working with the ac, it works much better. The wifi control is spotty from the app. Sometimes the app times out even sitting on the same wifi network. I bought it because we have a smartthings hub and wanted to somehow connect it in. Currently not using it on home automation because it doesn't connect to the ST hub, however a work around would be how we have it setup with an aeon switch. When using a switch the ac saves the settings. So you could basically "control" turning it on/off with triggers but it's kind of pointless as you could just log into the app remotely and set exactly how you want to use it. One nice feature is the "turn off later" setting on the app. We have it run until 230-3am then it shuts off automatically.

Sleek design and ability to run AC form any location with WiFi - great for a vacation house

I purchased this unit as a replacement for my bedroom. I was really surprised with the features including WiFi how cool is that. I get to set my AC before I get home. I am really like the design and features. I strongly recommend it as a replacement or as an initial AC unit.

Affordable, and with a very useful feature; wireless remote control. Want to get a stuffy room cooled down before you return home? Download the app and set the settings however you desire. While far from silent, this unit never reaches an intolerable noise level.

This unit does a good job cooling the room although it is a noisy unit.

This AC it's average. It looks good and it was very easy to install. The noise it's average. The wifi option it's ok. The cooling it's average. I had a sharp AC 8000 btu that cool my apart way better that this but the only problem was that it was making a lot of noise lately. Overall it's average.

I couldn't be happier with my new air conditioner. it looks great in the window: very clean looking. I thought the wifi feature was kind of silly until I had it, it works surprisingly good. It has all the features you could want and then some, my only "complaint" if you could call it that is that it only goes down to 60 degrees, however that really is cool enough.

Wifi option is awesome. Instructions were clear after I figured out which part hung out the window. I like the seals they provided. Just a few more would have been better but plenty for what you need...I'm just picky.

The air conditioner was easy to install in the window. It looks very chic and modern. Although it is only an 8,000 unit, it cooled the room rather quickly when I put on my ceiling fan. The only thing that I would change is the foam they provide should have been white install of black. It would have made the window look better.

Seems to be a good unit. Easy to install and operate. The only odd thing I've seen is that the entire display turns off when not in use so there are no indicator lights on that tell that the unit is working so especially when it goes into Energy Save mode and the unit turns off, you have no idea if it's actually on or now.

Improved the quality of my life! Had an old clunker and needed relief.This is a great AC. Love that I can control from my phone if I forgot to turn off or to cool down before heading home.

We were able to hook this into our alexa with a free add on, and the app on my cell phone works like a charm. It is a little noisy on high fan but most AC units are. The air flow is nicer in our bedroom because it shoots up instead of across the room into our faces while we sleep.
