I love that you can control the AC remotely from wherever you are. We have a dog and because of our job, we're out a lot. If I forget to turn on the AC before I leave, I can always turn it on from my phone.

This unit looks really nice for a room air conditioner and has some great features. The only issue is (and has nothing to do with the quality) that according to gov't regs when the unit is turned off the thermostat reverts back to a setting of 72 degrees so when you turn it on again you have to remember to reset temp to what you want! It is my understanding that this is true of all new ac's.

We saw this air conditioner at a different vendor but wanted tho buy it at BB because of the BB rewards program. It is beautiful, has incredible functionality but a bit louder than Frigidaire's Quiet Cool line exclusively available at another vendor

I always relied on Friedrich air conditioners, until a friend said I'd get a good deal on an AC at Best Buy, and they seem to push Frigidaire ACs. I plan to go back to Friedrich the next time I buy an AC. This thing is so LOUD, and doesn't seem to cool the space nearly as efficiently as Friedrich ACs do.

This AC unit is great for my downstairs and keeps the room nice and cold and even out in the kitchen as well. The wifi feature is good when I am away and know its going to be hot in the room when I get back so I can home it will already be cool.

This a great air conditioner; cools off the room very comfortably.

I can turn my air on when I'm on my way home. I truly love this product.

Had older unit and needed to replace another non wifi unit so I read reviews and bought this one. Found it to be better built and quite than prior which is still in use. Love being able to control unit remotely and check temperature as well.

I purchased the ac after reading positive reviews but when lifting the ac I realized it was a bit too heavy for me to install. My BB return was.easy and the return CS person was very helpful as there was a short delay but the CS let me know about the delay .I appreciate BB service !

Wi-Fi set up was easy, nice design and works great. Purchased for the Wi-Fi feature to be able to turn on if I forget in the morning for my dogs. Can control the air conditioner from anywhere, at anytime, definitely recommend.

So far this is a great unit. not terribly noisy and cools the room quickly. I love being able to turn on with my phone at work so when I get home its already cooled down. I especially love the look of this unit it's sleek and attractive. I could have purchased an equivalent unit for about $100 less, but the look is worth the extra hundy.

A lot of people complained about this unit being too loud but IMO it's not but I also replaced a 15 yr old unit. I will say that it's annoying that the settings reset everytime the unit is turned off. I also wish the vents faced more forward because my unit sits up higher

Pretty loud unit!! Got on sale for 299.00$ but still not worth it. The app malfunctions regularly + timer settings never worked. Buy the non Wi-Fi unit + wemo smart plug. That app is great!!!!

At first, the idea of being able to control my AC anywhere was intriguing; the design is appealing and blends seamlessly with my decor. However, it is annoyingly noisy, and the App, a total failure. It does not belong in the bedroom. Elsewhere is ok.

I would like to mention the pros of this AC; which would be the wifi, I can switch my AC on when I leave from office back to home via the app and come home to a cool house. Con, well it's a little noisy, I guess all window AC's will be a little. So not really a con.
