Works awesome, but I can only give it four stars because whenever one turns it on, it automatically goes to the economy mode. One more button to needlessly push. It does work with my Harmony remote which is convenient. (I hate multiple remotes)

The economy mode kicks on and off very frequently and the remote control has limited use cases. Other than that it cools well and isn't very loud. Auto mode works well and the digital temperature control is nice. Overall I'm very happy with it.

AC unit I awesome. Had some pretty hot days that were made relaxing with this purchase. I should of bought the bigger One for my size room but over all pretty awesome!!! Oh and it is a bit loud but we're all loud in my house hold so no problems there!!!

It worked just as advertised and the accessories helped to seal the machine in the window as well as making it pleasing to the eye. I would buy it again

It's makes quite a bit on noise even on low, but that's okay. I bought it to cool a bedroom not for it's noise making ability. It does cool the room and the cost was reasonable.

Best AC unit keeps my 12x24 room nice and cool on these 95+ days. Love the remote with a temp display in it. When the unit is on energy save it turns on and off to the set temp. Excellent unit would say buy one if you want to stay cool!

Love the remote control with remote temperature sensing , BUT the lowest setting is LOUD! my old unit was quiet. Hard to sleep If you like it loud and KOOL, buy it now!!

This product works well to cool the first floor of my apartment, but it's a bit too noisy for my liking. I would suggest using it in a room you're not occupying and letting the cool air flow around to you.

We use this in a converted attic. It keeps the room cold.

This AC is really good. I do enjoy the digital display as well as the energy star options, of course. One of the best features is having 2 adjustable vents for the air coming out. The product is good, assuming you have the right sized room.

Excellent product, work in great condition, I can recommend it.

I would give 5 stars but I feel like I should have it longer before I decide that it is perfect. So far it works great nice and cold and the remote can act as a thermostat so temperature will be based on where you are.

I needed to get an air conditioner for one of the bedrooms in my home this unit is outstanding keeps the room as cold as you want it. Must buy if you want to beat the summer heat. I am going to purchase one more for our guest bedroom!

As far as window ACs go it’s the quietest one I’ve had and works well at cooling my house. I have 2 of these and one different brand AC cooling my well insulated 1700 sq ft house and they do just fine.

bought for hurricane Irma we lost power 2 days ran it with generator worked great in master br so I kept in in and crank it to 68 every night since so I don't have to turn my 1 zone hvac down I like it cold works great

A/C works well. Was surprised by cooling coverage. A/C seemed to cool a larger area than specified. The 4 stars are awarded because I haven't owned the product long enough to make any comments on the product longevity.

Good quality for the price. The remote control is a plus. The only downsize is that it requires vertical windows. For windows opening sideways you need additional structure to support the unit inside the window frame.

Great air conditioner for our living room. Purchased it when temperature was in the 90's and the humidity was near 80%. As soon as it was installed and reached the proper temperature, you could notice the difference.

I bought it in the summer. It works well and cools down the temperature although I did not use it for long time because the weather changed. Definitely it will work again next summer. I have recommended it to my friend.
