Cools Extra Large Bedroom

I wanted a smaller unit because lugging my old 8K BTU unit was breaking my back moving it from my basement to the bedroom. However, I was a little leery about it not being strong enough to cool my room. Boy, was I wrong. This little unit cools like a champ!

Cools they amount of square footage identified in the product information. I Have a two bedroom apartment. The window unit is in my room and cools my room effectively. Does not have enough BTU to go the entire space. We have another unit in the second bedroom. Running both with doors opens works. Overall good value.

Had to pay substantial installation cost because we had side sliding windows and it was beyond competence of very senior citizen. Very convenient remote control. Adequate for our size bedroom and low current drain is compatible with our old house. Had to find installerb ecase best buy couldn't provide installation service even for a fee.
