I am happy with the product. I am a little concerned that I wanted it delivered on the day it was promised. I was not home when it was delivered because it came on a different day. It could have been stolen from my front porch.

The online description states this unit will fit a 18" opening. The box states 24-36" opening which led to a lot of confusion and attempts to return. The actual until without extenders is only 18" and us perfect for narrow Windows.

We were concerned that the a/c would be noisy in a small reception room, and looked at a number of models. The reviews were accurate - it does the job and is very quiet. And having it shipped to the local Best Buy and picking it up was no trouble - everyone was very helpful and efficient!

My home was built in the l at 60s and does not have central air or heat. The family room is a 300 square feet and the window unit cools it sufficiently. I like that it has the automatic thermostat.

We purchased this air conditioner to supplement the air conditioning in a huge room. It has been helpful. The price was good and it is similar to others we have purchased. It would also be great on its own in a smaller room.

My biggest concern was the noise decbel level since it was going into a bedroom. I read reviews, checked technical specs with Best Buy representatives. This units somewhat louder than expected but is satisfactory for our bedroom

It does blow cold air, pretty quite but unless your are cooling down a bathroom or a closet don't expect it to make a valuable difference in an average size living room.

AC cools my bedroom well but the light on the display is very bright and the device allows a lot of outside light to come in the room. With a few adjustments this could be a great AC, instead it is just fine.

The A/C is perfect for the room - temperature and features are clear and remote is very convenient. The only drawback to it is that it's noisy...was hoping for a more quieter one, other than that recommend to buy

My first air conditioner purchase and I would purchase another one without any doubt. Works great in smaller room as well as larger room due to this seetings

I bought this unit as a replacement. This unit has so many more features than my old A/C and actually cost less than I paid for the old one. I like having the option of setting the desired temperature so the room doesn't get too cold.

Bought this Frigidaire unit at my local Best Buy store during an extended heat wave where temperatures were over 100° for several days. I was surprised at how well it cooled the room it was needed for. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Well, what do you expect from a small airconditioner? Not a very cold airconditioner. However, it is not as noisy as other window type of units.

Every time you turn in on it starts in eco mode. I wish the default mode would start in cool, because sometimes I forget to set it and it's not cool when I'm ready for bed. Oh well

We just needed to cool off our bedroom at night and did not want to air condition the whole house with our central air. There are just the two of us in a 4 bedroom hosue. This window air conditioner is just perfect.

We never purchase anything without first reviewing it, followed by finding the best price. Having reviewed the air conditioners that we wanted, purchasing them at Best Buy was a 'no brainer' for price and ease.

I love how I can set the temp at night and the AC unit only kicks on when temp rises. Then shuts it's self off. If I wake up and it's too cold, then I use the remote to turn the AC off.

This A/C unit came in handy. My mom old unit went out and of course during the summer months it was extremely hot. Being able to go to best buy to purchase this unit and take it home the same day with ease was great

Product works great. Only complaint was offered a rebate to turn in old air conditioner with this deal. When you contact place they only offer if you are doing a big appliance as well like a refrigerator.
