    The refrigerator has not been working since I got it. I called multiple times the refrigerator doesn’t make ice and even the repair man told them it’s needs a new one. Now a year & half it is not working at all. The refrigerator is horrible

    You don't know you need a new refrigerator till it's too late. My old one was 9 years old, and it just went out unexpectedly. I guess it did its job and now it's time for this new one. Hope it last just as long or more. I stuck with the same brand because I liked the newer models.

    Three weeks in it’s making a noise. Installers did not speak English. The parts didn’t all work. Best Buy basically says it’s my problem since I’ve had it three weeks. So disappointed.

    Excepr for the total cu ft which was a trade if for the look and amenities of this model i would rate a 5. I like u can see the contents of the middle drawer from the top part. Dual freezer/fridge bottom is nice Esposito of u plan on keeping the old unit for extras storage.
