Absolutely love this thing. Don’t have to prewash the dishes including pans. Gets them spotless. I almost never do reviews but I had to with this dishwasher. There is only 2 things they could improve on. First is the door staying propped open. All the reviews I read said that the door stayed propped open to allow the dishes to dry. Second is the drying. Unless I use the hottest drying, a lot of my dishes still have some water on them. Other than that I’m very impressed

Love the dishwasher. Fits with our other Frigidaire Gallery appliances. Performance has been amazing. So quiet it's sometime hard to know it's running ( a good thing). The delightful surprise was Best Buy sales and installation. The delivery was with 5 minutes of their stated delivery window. Since installation is done separate from delivery, a separate appointment was needed. The installer was just as prompt and within 45 minutes we had a new dishwasher! I can't say enough good things about Best Buy service. They really rocked it. Best price in town and I can't imagine any better post-sales service! Great job, Best Buy.

Our first stainless steel dishwasher purchase. We ended purchasing this brand because of the "smudge-proof" offer. Unfortunately this is not the case. We purchased the whole 4 piece Frigidaire Gallery Collection in stainless steel specifically because of the "smudge-proof" well after having it for just about 2 months, we are constantly having to wipe all the appliances down to keep all the fingerprints off them. With 4 little ones in the house it is hard enough. But other then that my wife seems to be pretty happy. Super quite we must also add. I think for the price its not a to bad of a deal.

Dishwasher was bought as an open box for a very good price. I had read some mixed reviews on this model but at this price decided to take a chance. We’ve had it for a few months now and it is working well. We like the flexibility and wash cycles and mold it is fairly quiet and cleans our dishes well

Excellent machine and easy to install, however we have granite counter tops so I couldn't secure it at the top. I had to buy a dishwasher side mounting kit, not included. (DWBRACKIT1, AP5645425, PS4705063 Dishwasher Side Mount Kit for Dishwashers-Replaces 154477201, 154806601, 154806602, 2691713) The first time we used it, it was hard to start - but that was operator error - you hit start set the functions that you want, hit start again and then close the door. The trick is to hit start twice and close the door - works everytime.

This so far has been a great dishwasher and I can not believe how quiet it is. I honestly barely notice it's running. One big flaw I noticed during install was, where the "soil sensor" is, it's at the very bottom of the tub. Well, this happened to have fallen out of the dishwasher during its first run. Luckily there was an other dishwasher (sameone) on the delivery truck. So, to make sure the new one didn't fall out and flood my basement, I installed a zip tie over the sensor to hold it in place even better than factory. I believe that the second dishwasher that was installed would have been fine, but I'm not one to risk it.

Very attractive clean lines on this dishwasher. Looks good with the matching stove in the kitchen. Cleans great!

Do NOT purchase this dishwasher. The touchpad is barely functional, and it broke down after 18 months (I purchased it from best buy in June 2019 and it is now December 2020). The machine now needs a whole new touchpad and sensor system to the tune of $260. If you do the math, it is over half the cost of the machine brand new. It was always just barely functional anyway, but the fact that it crapped out in less than 2 years really speaks volumes to the quality of the company’s products. I thought I was doing great buying American. We are poor and got totally robbed. FYI, we also bought the Frigidaire stove and the handle broke off after less than a year. Again, cheap and utterly useless appliances.

Good looking dish washer. Adjustable legs have plenty of length for uneven floor. Electrical connection definitely needs to be re engineered. Pretty quiet operation. Protective film on front panel doesn't come off very easy on the sides of the door.

I've used this dishwasher probably a 100 times now and it really does a great job cleaning my dishes no leaks or leftover residue on the dishes

Does not clean as well as it should. Put in hand washed dishes, dishes come out after cycle with food or dirt on them. Has to be ran twice sometimes!

We were looking for a unit that was stainless steel with a gray plastic inside, which this unit had. We wanted this because the water is hard and will stain white. Also the inside baskets was another area why we choose this unit.

Looks and price point are all the positive things I have to say about this unit. For the first 5 months it was flawless! We were hoping to get years out of this unit vs months. We are at month 8 and we are waiting for the 2nd board module and a replacement gasket to stop it from leaking. Customer service has been nice and repair company comes out timely, but you should not need them for these issue within the first year. I'm wish we had spent a bit more and gotten a different brand.

Not great on short cycle. Dishes basically need to be already washed. On long cycle does a good job. Rotator on bottom section not well designed.

Even with the top rack set as high it can go, the "spinner " under the top rack will hit any dishes on the bottom rack if they are taller than 11". So, 12'' pans or bigger... hand wash !! not good

We bought this dishwasher because we were done doing dishes by hand after 3months. So we purchased this. Installed it ourselves and saved a few hundred dollars. WORKS GREAT and he multiple options for washing dishes. The energy efficiency is great as well

This unit runs very quietly. The smudge-proof finish is nice. The controls location is horrible. First, the instructions need to say that you have to cycle the controls on/off (ie kill the power and restart a few times) when you start the unit up initially. I thought I had a dead dishwasher until I did this and waited about 10-15 seconds. The control panel is a bit fussy. But the biggest limitation is that you have to make your cycle choices and push start before you shut the door since the controls are hidden while running. During and after the cycle, it is difficult to know what is going on since all the idiot lights are mostly hidden. They should have put the indication lights on the front where you can see them. The unit does look sleek. It takes quite a pull/push to open/close the door (seems to be a Frigidaire trademark design - see microwave review). The tall tube makes for having to bend WAY over to open the door and pull out the lower rack. And take care that you hold onto the lower rack when pulling it out. It comes out fast and there are NO STOPS. The first time I tired it, the rack almost rolled off the door. All-in-all, a solid B for a quiet nice looking unit with a few quirks. By the way, don't forget to purchase the 3/4" hose to 3/8" compression 90 degree water connection adaptor and good 6' stainless braided hose and electrical cord separately because they do not come with the unit. You have to do your hookups while the microwave is pulled out, because the tall tube is so close to the floor it would be difficult otherwise. Also, have someone with long skinny arms available to reach the rear height adjusters (and the left one cannot be accessed with the water supply connected), they are hard to get at and take a 5/32" socket with a short-arm wrench to turn once the unit is in place.

I enjoy the quietness of this dishwasher compared to the 17 year old one it replaced. It looks good and does not show handprints, etc as stated. Controls are fairly easy to use..As one review I remember reading, it would be nice to have some sort of lights more visible so you know it is set or done. Another reason we picked this model is it still has a heating element for drying and my dishes do get dry. My one disappointment with it is the loading of the dishes. The upper rack just does not hold as many glasses as our old one. It has some movable small racks that I haven't been able to make work with my glasses. Maybe it's just my dishes but I did like my old straight rows of prongs better. The adjustable upper rack did work to allow for my holiday plates to be loaded on the lower rack that did not fit in my old one so that was nice! Overall, satisfied with purchase and the delivery and installation was very nice and easy. 2 hour window and they were there when they said.

The Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher gets the job done immediately. It's energy efficient, versatile and easy to install. It has so many features for washes, some that we have yet to try. This dishwasher is extremely quiet when it washes. The Gallery design just makes it's a gorgeous dishwasher to have your kitchen. I purchased this as a floor model and the price was extremely affordable.
