Great system for the amount you pay. It's slim so it doesn't take up much room. The only thing is that it doesn't have Alaska and Canada maps but that can easily be rectified. Highly recommended!

This GPS basically does what we need it to. We input the address and it tells us how to get there. No complaints, no problems so far. We have only used it in our home town so far, but bought the small one so we could also travel with it. Since it is a travel size, it would be nice if it came with a case.

Garmin and TomTom lead the pack in GPS and for an entry level GPS this Garmin 200 performs flawlessly. I have used other brands which can be confusing at best and my wife who hates technology is absolutely hooked on her Garmin 200. Battery life is excellent also....I haven't used the car charger yet.

Great GPS for the price, I really love the size of this unit, it makes it so portable with the rechargeable battery in there. Great for going out on motorcycle rides and getting lost and never having to worry about it. Also speaker is nice and clear when in car, can always hear it over the radio.

Love the unit! Easy to use, and love the touch screen. We purchased a Cobra prior to this one, and the Garmin nuvi is a far better unit. You might want to add the Garmin portable auto friction mount for this unit. It sits on the dash of your vehicle, and can be easily moved from car to car.

I have an older car so I needed a GPS as new cars come with one installed. But I am really happy with my Garmin 200. You can hear the directions clearly, the maps are right on and I like it better than the one my friend has installed in her Cadillac which was too confusing. GO FOR IT!

For $169.99 what more can I ask for? Great system for a cheaper price. This system is so accurate that it can tells u when u can make a U-turn. I'm so glad that I made a right decision on choosing this one instead of the TomTOm 3rd Edition. Thanks to Black Friday I save some Benjamins.

I am a parcel delivery driver and its absolutely crucial I have accurate maps. Its an ease of mind knowing I have a Garmin Nuvi doing my routing for me. When addresses are entered, Garmin can guide me to within 100 feet of a residence. The best purchase I have ever invested in!!!!

This GPS is great for the money. I have no complaints except for the fact that when I request for an alternate route it doesn't find great routes at all. The alternate routes are usually just a road that puts you back on to the main road/highway a mile or so up. For $99, you can't go wrong though!

We love this this thing - we just type in any address and go! Plus, it also gives points of interest including local restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. Great for helping you get acclimated to new areas. We're at a point where we don't leave home without it. Highly Recommend!!!

Solid performing entry level gps with accurate turn by turn directions. Uses the latest chipet and enhanced graphical interface compared to the other older versions of garmin c series. Recommended for first time buyers. Bought it when it was on sale for $250 - a good deal on an entry level garmin.

If you want a "easy to use" GPS, this is the right for you. I looked the reviews all over the internet (garmin Nuvi 200), you'll find that this unit has a solid performance and great stability. You won't be disappointed!!! I had 2 of my friends buying it and they love it!!

This gps is amazing. It definately gets the job done. I bought one for my father for fathers day & he loved it. It's the most convenient, most accurate & easy to use gps that i've ever purchased. I would definatey recommend this device to eveyone & I give it 2 thumbs up!

I like this as a basic GPS unit. It serves my purposes of finding addresses very well. It isn't up-to-date on new road construction but is good at recalculating if it thinks you have gone off its recommended course. You can turn off the sound if you only want the directions on the screen.

If you don't really need those fancy functions such as mp3 players and bluetooth, the nuvi would be an ideal purchase. I'm impressed by its user friendly interface, ease of use and simple design! For what it costs it works really good. Clear voice is clear and display. Long battery life.

We bought this unit on black friday while on Vaca in S.C. Set it up for the ride home to C.T. and it acually saved us time on the route back. Good investment for someone looking for POI'S. My inlaws liked ours so much they also got one. Thanks again for a great product!

This is a great GPS system for the money. Easy to use, clear directions. Great for pedestrian use as well as for the car. Easy to read screen. Very easy to program and very fast. Would want it to include a power cable for recharging at home and a USB cable for dowloading updates.

This device works pretty good. However, does not give you options to choose how you want to get to your destination. You can only "detour" but can't choose least or most use of highways and other options. However, the map is pretty accurate and gets me to my destinations.

Don't get tricked into buying a higher priced GPS unit. If you want a great unit without unnecessary 'add-ons', this product is for you. Besides, it is small and can be placed pretty much anywhere and it is not in the way. A great unit for the price!

I got the device from my wife as a gift. I used it today and Mann! this device rocks. Easy setup, clear pictures, tells you exactly where you are, time of arrival depending on your speed & location. Just go for it.. Perfect device.. I'll give it A+
