It is one of the most accurate scales fornhome use that I have used. Pros: Easy to setup and link to Connect App. Durable. Eaay to read screen. Cons: Some learning curve for multi-user usage. No USB-C charge option.

Amazing scale I have been attempting to go on a weight loss journey and being able to track everything such as weight, BMI, and Muscle weight have been super helpful on giving me the motivatation and drive to accomplish my goal. First week in and i didnt see too much of an improvement but week two lost 5 pounds! I would recommend.

This scale is dated. That means there are much better options out there with much more data. However, if you are in the Garmin ecosystem, this scale is perfect. All the data goes right to the app. For 6 years I have manually entered my data. No more!

Everything works as expected! The body fat % is a great feature to have. I weigh in 2-3 times a day now. The readings are accurate. I definitely recommend.

First month was awesome. The scale syncs to your phone giving updates of your progress. Then it stopped syncing. So you go through the motions to get it to work again only for it to lose all data and never sync again. I hate this thing!!!

Need to lose weight? No! You want to lose BODY FAT! This scale is a great resource that can be used simply and quickly to understand if the work and effort you are making are putting you on the proper course to fat loss. I know a lot sooner if my nutritional and activity choices are putting me in the proper direction toward my goal. This scale easily combines with my Garmin watch (I imagine it does the same with other fitness trackers just as easily) and the Garmin app, as well as My FitnessPal. It was worth the money. Now I no longer have to tediously hand write my fat caliper measurements and the accuracy of measurement is increased. Do your health and fitness a favor and get this scale.

As expected it works well with Garmin connect. It's fast and was accurate compared with another scale I had been using for a while. The % Body fat numbers were different with this scale but the weight number was only a 0.1 lbs difference. Fast, accurate and easy way to keep track of progress every morning. The ability to get the recorded weight into the system without needing Bluetooth is great. Just tap it with your foot, step on, wait and then step off. Done.

Integrates seamlessly with the Garmin connect app and some other fitness apps. I like that it automatically syncs my data daily so I can see my weight changes throughout the month. Very high quality and looks sleek.

Great product if you have a Garmin watch and want to keep a running history of your weight and BMI along with your other health and exercise data. Appears to be very accurate with weight - we compared with 2 other scales in the house. Initial setup with Garmin watch required, but after you do it, it's not that difficult. Can accomodate multiple users (each user must have their own Garmin watch / Garmin account). We had 3 users, but 2 scale did get confused with 2 users that have similar weights. One glitch, is that occassionally the screen goes white and flashes - the instructions say it's due to loss of wi-fi signal, but all I've had to do is take out the batteries and put them back in - problem solved. I would recommend, but for the price, only if you value the connectivity to / for saving your weight, BMI & hydration information on a regular basis.

Love the build quality. Love the ease of use. Love the design and scheme. Have not been using it too long. The only thing not to love is that it tells me I am fat... currently working on that! Like it so much I want to buy one for my parents household (helps that they both have Garmin devices as well). A bit pricey, but evidently I may buy again.

I finally succeeded in adding my spouse as a user the scale would recognise. I tried several times and reviewed all the sources I could find online. Most of whom seemed to stumble on a solution, like I finally did. The most helpful information was from the Claude AI. So, at least I found some good in AI. Before that the scale was simply an ornament on my desk. Garmin sould be ashamed. The BPM was a cinch to install.

This is the best scale I had. This is the second smart scale I bought, and I can say this is the best one. You will probably spend some time setting it up if you have more than one user, but it is worth it. We had some problems with adding a second person, but we fixed this issue. It shows you morning info every time you use it, such as weather, weight change, BMI, and others. Menu can be switched by your foot.

Fantastic scale and a must have for anyone with a Garmin Watch. Makes it dead easy to set up and track weight, bone mass, water weight, and BMI. I needed this to keep track of gained water weight since I have heart failure. So much easier and useful than our last "smart" scale! Should have bought this before trying a less expensive smart scale. Just no contest.

It does its job. This is helpful when you want to keep track of your weight if you are someone who exercises a lot.

Easy to set up and immediately connected to my WiFi. I like the full body composition measures. Some reviews said this may not be that accurate but it is consistent. So once you have your baseline measurements increases in body fat, muscle mass, etc. are relevant measurements to determine your progress. Very cool and I use this along with my Garmin Forerunner watch to keep me on track with my training.

Love It! It is unnecessarily pricey when compared to most smart scales, but if you are invested into the Garmin ecosystem like my family is (multiple Garmin watches; daily use of Garmin Connect), there is simply no other choice than this scale. The ease of the automatic push to Garmin Connect, it displaying and tracking your weight, and conforming with all of the other Garmin items, truly makes this a must-have for integration into said ecosystem.
