Good accuracy for the steps!

The pedometer accuracy is great. Considering light based hr monitors are not accurate in higher activity, the fact that it pairs pretty smoothly with garmin hrm band makes it the most reliable when it comes to serious workout sessions

good watch

Needless to say, I am not wearing it everyday because of the difficulty putting it on. Over all, I am pleased with how it does record my footsteps, the goal, and whatever else it has on it. I am not efficient enough to figure out how to upload picture.

just what I wanted

I wasn't ready to commit the funds to a model with a heart monitor but now kind of wish I did. This model has been very good for what it is.
