I bought this item on November 25, 2024. After just 1 year and 2 months, I started having serious problems with it. The over-the-door handle broke, and I also noticed damage on the back of the door. Because of this, the product is no longer working properly. I am very disappointed with the quality. A product like this should last much longer, especially when purchased from Best Buy. When I contacted customer service, I was told the warranty is only for one year, so it does not qualify for replacement. The only option suggested was buying an extended warranty, which feels unfair since the issue is due to poor product quality, not misuse. I expected better durability and better support. I hope Best Buy can review this and offer a reasonable solution.

Fit easily above the stove to replace the previous microwave. Stainless steel color stays clean and matches our refrigerator. Works great!

We are very happy with our new over the range Microwave. It has a larger range than most and you can fit larger casserole dishes in there which is good when cooking for a larger family.

I really like the microwave and it works well. The price was also right. I do wish the control panel had lights.

This replaced my last GE microwave and I was able to use existing wall bracket but had to re drill holes in cabinet to make it fit. Unit works good but some controls are a little different position. Led display is too bright.

I would caution individuals with OCD against purchasing this microwave. It fulfills its purpose, but cleaning and preventing smudges and fingerprints can be frustrating. Smudges, in particular, are challenging to remove and tend to spread instead.

This microwave heats up food evenly and very quickly. It is pretty sturdy and made of decent materials.

Buying this over-the-range microwave is one of our best decisions. We gained a lot of space on the counter. Installing it myself was not so. Let the experts do it! We got it done, but it was not as easy as I thought... good thing my brother is talented at this stuff! It works great, too!

Concern about opening at the top of microwave no protection to prevent items from falling in.

I bought this to replace a 15 year old GE microwave. I read a lot of reviews for this microwave so I was reasonably sure that I was making a good purchase. It heats the food so much faster my old one. I'm very happy so far and would definitely recommend this

So far I am very pleased with my new microwave. It has some features my old one did not have.

Seems to be working. Pros: nice looking. Fast cooktime numbers. Came with vent filter. Cons:doors don’t align with body. Lights very dim. Installllers gave up.Paiissomeone else to install.
