They said I needed to get someone to secure it before using. So my installation really didn’t install anything. And not happy u can see the insulation on sides, didn’t put any sort of “gap strip cover” type thing.

I have tried every manufacturer suggestion and have even bought the top of the line detergent - NOTHING. Dishes are NOT CLEAN and I have to hand wash them after!! If I could give less than one star I would. Geek Squad has even sent a service tech to "repair" and "address" the situation. Avoid this model if you can.

It has been installed for about 18 months and we are going to have to replace it. The front panel is also flecked with rust spots. I would give it and GE less than one star if possible. If you only need a dishwasher that works properly for 6 months this is for you.

Only lasted four years

When it worked it washes the dishes exceptionally well. At first the thing wouldn't turn on. Resetting it by flipping it's electrical breaker off and on got it going for a bit. Now after two repairs it is going to cost more than it's worth to fix. Thanks, but no thanks GE.

We returned it. I chose to buy another brand. I didn't want to deal with another return. I had already been about 6 weeks without a dishwasher. I had to wait another 7 days for another dishwasher. It was a big inconvience to have a new dishwasher not work.

When the start button was pressed the light would blink and it beeped. The Best Buy technician deducted it was an issue with the door latch not making a connection. Waited 2 weeks for this dishwasher and now waiting another 2 for the replacement!! Fingers crossed this one works!! Hand washing sucks!!

However I am so disappointed with its electronic control and washing timer whish had not bought it. the cycle selection changes by it self and does not pump out left water completely causing funny smell inside. I just installed it last month.

We recommend to disconnect power to the dishwasher at the main power supply (normally your home circuit breaker) for a few minutes so as to reset the controls. Also, please check to see if there is a wall switch that may control power. If this does not help, we recommend contacting GE Factory Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance.
