Drying feature does not work!

Drying feature does not work! The main reason we bought this dishwasher was for the high dry boost. The first wash and dishes were still wet, glasses had water pooling on them. Still have to prerinse apparently, there was still food food stuck to some, not all dishes.

Thank you for taking the time to review your dishwasher. We hate to hear it is not performing as it should and would be happy to help. For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid. I like the smudge proof stainless finish, however having not purchased a DW for 16 years I was disappointed at how the quality of the inside compinents has really dropped. Maybe it's because I had a Whirlpool Gold and this is GE? Also the spatuka tray in the top now prevents room for wine glasses and tall drinking glasses so have to remove it each time if I want to run the glasses. Then theres no place to put the spatulas
