This washer replaced the GE washer that came with the house 22 years ago. I really like the automatic water level feature and the fact that the clothes are drier at the end of the spin cycle than our old washer so drying times are faster saving both time and energy.

I love my new washer, it's so quite. The right side for my family, the price was great. Love how it lights up through each cycle. I would recommend this washer.

All in all I'm happy with the machine. It was a good value compared to the prices of other washing machines and seems to do a good job of washing my clothes. If I had one complaint, it's that the clothes was wrung out too much so that when I go to dry them, they can wrinkle. Don't know how to change this.

So far so good. Works well and easy to use. Water levels could be better.

I just got it and it it is hard to pick whitch cycle I like. Im still learning but it cleanes the cloths well.

This is a VERY good washer for the price. Energy efficient and very easy to use.

Would recommend to others. Nice features but not over the top. Cleans the clothes. Runs very quietly spin is a little noisy but not bad. Just wanted something to get the job done well. This machine does that.

Needed one in a hurry and this fit the bill. Easy to use and had all of the tools necessary for my use.

So far it is working great and we love the ennergy saver mode it has.

I recently purchased this washer for a replacement GE and I love it! Love all the different settings and the stainless steel barrel.

This was the first washer i had bought new in a long time and to be honest i wasnt sure what to expect, but so far i love everything about it, from it's quietness to the cycle choices it is an amazing piece of machinery

I would buy from Best Buy again, because the experience was painless and the product is excellent. We haven't been this happy washing clothes in years due to the fact it is so quiet and does a great job washing the clothes with no residue or smell. Thanks Best Buy!

This washer performs as expected and gets my clothes clean, has capacity for comforter, but it makes a lot of weird, loud noises because of the type of motor I guess. Aside from the washer itself, I had the most negative shopping experience of my life, after nearly a decade of all electronics related purchases coming from Best Buy, it is coming to an abrupt and unexpected end. Nothing about this purchase went smoothly and when calling customer service (and speaking with a supervisor) with hopes of feeling better about the purchase and the company, instead they basically told me that they didn't care about any of the issues that I had or about keeping me as a customer, and that they weren't going to help me in any way. I am not sure what has happened, but I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I am not exactly thrilled about having to find a new home for electronics purchases.

Last me 5 years. I had no problems out of it until a little over the 5th year. During spin cycle it became loud and you could hear it throughout the house. Typical wear and tear. You can wash bed comforters in it, 3.9 cu. ft. is a good size.

So far, very happy with this washer. Great buy for the money!!!!! Deliverymen were great, very neat and was on time.
