I bought it because it has agitator, but it is worst choice I made. In the last 35 years, I had 2 other name brands before, which were perfect. Both of those companies don't make top loader with agitator. Otherwise, I would have bought from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend I love my washer and dryer. My research paid off

Most stores charge an additional fee for installation so I'm glad Best Buy did not.

Really like the auto sensing for the load size. Just throw in detergent, clothes and turn it on.

My only complaint is that it does not buzz when done. I am always checking on it to see if done. It's in the basement so I can not hear it at all.

Has lots of choices for wash cycles. Only complaint is I think the normal wash cycle is long, my dryer is done first if I start both at the same time.
