Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washing machine started off well and cleaned the clothes well but we have to have it serviced less than a month after we bought it as the washer shakes and makes a very loud noice during the spin cycle. I think it is a broke spring in the wash tub which is horrible quality for how short a time it has been used. I hope Best Buy can get this fixed up or we will request a lemon refund if more issues follow.

Straighten your drain hose and make sure your washer isn't sitting on it. The top of the drain outlet should be less than 6ft. (1.8 m) above floor. If you still have issues.
