Delivery went well but the washing machine started leaking all over. Had to call Best Buy back they replaced the machine but we had to wait another 3 days for delivery you would think customer service would have been more accomodating. Now the 2nd washer works great. We bought this one because we wanted a top loader with an agitator. Cleans way better than the front loader we got rid of. So over all happy with purchase. Unsure if I would recommend this model because of that first one being defective and leaking all over our floor.

Love the size and the stainless steel. Water sense takes gettin used to. Sounds a bit loud when filling but who sits next to the washer. Clothes are clean and spin cycle is the best. Clothes are nearly dry. Saves on dryer time.

The performance of this washer is very solid: it does the washing job well with fairly little noise. Also, it has a sensor which can automatically detect the load, which is good for lengthening its age (the wrong load would hurt the spinning engine). It is also capable of super-load that is really full. My previous washer can't do it at all.

I took my time to review washing machines and found this one highly rated and within my price range. I read about other machines being very noisy but this unit is super quiet. This unit is built well and has many options. This is a really nice washer and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I have a condo and needed this to fit in laundry closet and this had some of the best reviews for the size. And its been very good about cleaning the clothes etc. It does get some items tangled a little but I just put the delicate items in wash bags.

This machine met expectations...large capacity, traditional low efficiency agitator style. The overall size is a bit smaller than the machine it replaced, and the tub a deeper reach. It has a good selection of washing speeds, temps, water capacity, along with an auto select. The Best Buy price was at least 20 percent less than their local competitors, and installation was on time and well done. This machine is also quiet, which is important to us, as the laundry is near the family room. If you are looking for a cost effective traditional wash machine, this definitely fits the bill.

Love my new washing machine. The sound is a little different than my old washer, but it is quiet and cleans our clothes excellently. Real deep tub, so a shorter person may have a hard time getting all the clothes out.

i had an expensive washer before .did apoor job and leaked soap .this new washer is very inexpensive and does what i always wanted gets my clothes clean. there is no vibration no excesive noise and does not waste my soap or softner.after many years of searching for a good dependable machine i think i finnaly found one

We had the 10 or so year old version of this washer and it stopped working. Rather than spending money on fixing it, we decided to buy a new one figuring it would be more cost effective. The new washer has a lot of cool settings that I like including load size sensing to save on water. The only thing I find odd is the noise while agitating....kinda sounds like a motor revving. They tell me this is normal though and it's doing it's job cleaning the clothes.

The washer is a energy saver & water saver. Quieter compared to the old machine (kenmore). Happy!

I have only had this washer for about a month. Cleans clothes well. It is quieter than our old washer was but could still be a bit quieter. Fits perfectly into the limited space we had. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

This washing machine has a large capacity ,more wash cycles than I will ever need and is really quiet. It has a quick wash cycle and an extra spin cycle which I have found more than meets my everyday needs . Easily fits a comforter ,

We seem to be satisfied with our washer. We thought we were buying the old fashioned washer with a modern look, it turned out to be an energy effecient washer. It works well & it has a lot of good features for the price!

I didn't realize how good clothes can smell! I guess my old washer just wasn't doing it. I love how quiet the washer is..... I wasn't prepared for how much longer a load takes to wash now, but I guess it is because of the longer rinse and spin cycles. This washer has many different settings, including jeans and sheets. I also washed a comforter that my old washer never could have handled!

I love the way the machine washes. It is very quiet. We have tried all the different cycle choices. We did notice the start button seems to be coming undone after only a few weeks of ownership.

Love this wash machine. It is very quiet - sometimes I have to get very close to it to make sure it is running. I replaced an 18 year old machine and did not want an HE unit or one without an agitator. This one has a large basket and uses less water - that was a little hard to get used to. Cleans clothes very well. I would recommend this machine.

I just purchased a washing machine. I didn't want anything crazy or high efficient, I just wanted simple. I am very pleased with the purchase and even more pleased with the price. The delivery of the machine was painless as well. Overall very happy.

I love all the different settings. I can fit so much in the washer.
