The air conditioner worked really well for a few weeks. Then we got a P1 error code that could not be cleared and would stop the unit from working. But due to Best Buys short return window of only 15 days, we weren't able to replace it. Not the best experience overall, but not necessarily means this is a bad product.

It easy for set up and installation good for summer time and small room.

A great option over a regular unit. This one doesn't require the window to be open as wide and isn't as noticeable from the street when looking at the house.

I love to put it in the air condition because it was very easy to do and I love the way it looks in the window. I bought it for my bedroom because I heard it was the quietest window AC unit unfortunately so far that is not the case When I turn on quiet mode, it makes a loud humming noise that does not stop for sometimes an hour on end, I have been troubleshooting to try to fix it but so far I have not been able to do so unfortunately, I cannot return this because the time ran out but The whole point of buying this air condition was because I did not like the loud noise of the old AC units. This unit unless I am able to troubleshoot is not what I was looking for. I have a highsense. That I bought for my living room that is extremely quiet and I will be buying a smaller one for my room. If I cannot fix this problem if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Excellent AC unit, well thought out and works like a charm. Unit went in an upstairs window in about 30 mins. by myself. Unit is fantastic and it really cools the upstairs nicely. Very happy with my purchase and also with Best Buy for their prompt delivery and excellent service.

When it works it cools pretty well. I have MS so AC is extremely important and necessary for me. I keep getting errors where I have to constantly drain it, and it keeps stopping again. After doing some research on Reddit it turns out this is a common problem. Now we have to figure out which of the many problems can be causing this problem. Of course its really acting up while I have a raging migraine and it's 93 degrees out. Installation was a pain, and since I got the Geek Squad protection they want me to take it out and bring it to them (there's a wait) then I have to bring it back and reinstall it. I'm an older disabled woman on a 3rd floor who can't drive. It would have been less expensive to not get the Geek Squad and buy a new air conditioner. Well, that's my experience anyway.

Great design saves a window from being wasted. Very efficient

This unit was installed in less than one hour and works wonderfully. It is super quiet and easy to use. I will be purchasing another for a bedroom soon.

i bought it for the quiteness and that is it... i havent had it long enough to give it a 5 star yet, but i is quite and very cool in my space of around 500sf

This air conditioner has more pros than cons. For starters it is extremely quiet and allows for the owner to still have a clear sight out of their window. However it is harder to install and uninstall and not the most powerful unit.

It doesn't block the window view, it is so quiet and cools fast

I liked everything about this shopping experience except the actual unit I purchased. It looked nice and sleek in my window. It was easy to install. It talked to my phone. And most importantly it was easy to return (and I could use the exercise). Why you ask, about the unit that is, not the exercise. Because it did everything but make the air cold. That's not Best Buys fault. They were good to me. Unfortunately Best Buy was out of the other type of GE unit I decided to purchase, and reluctantly I had to go elsewhere. Best Buy will continue to be my first choice when shopping in the future.
