I had ordered the 27.5 refrigerator it was entirely too big. The counter depth arrived it fits perfectly in the spot, much smaller on inside but freezer space is about the same as 27.5. Overall it is a sleek good looking product!

This model has Hands-Free Auto Fill that allows you to save a little time when you are working in the kitchen. Also, this does have the option to add a second (IM5D) icemaker in the future, if desired.

However we have been pleasantly surprised by how well it works and how quiet it is. The autofill water dispenser is a great feature that we use to fill pitchers and large glasses and the freezer space in a big improvement over the Café series. Overall very pleased with our Profile purchase. I give it a four because everything is plastic so it feels less durable than we're used to.

I love the interior lighting and the autofill water sensor in the door. This model is only counter depth and I underestimated the reduced capacity. If a person has a larger capacity refrigerator and you use every inch of it, I would not recommend getting a counter depth model. I also found the shelving to be a bit thin and flimsy but I believe that the entire industry is moving in that direction so not much to be done about that. I can only hope the major systems will hold up over the coming years.

Having a difficult time getting it to smell fresh. I was not sure about purchasing this model, but was told it had few service issues.

The ice maker has a little smaller bin, but is ample and makes ice quickly. You can also add an optional ice maker in the freezer if you need more ice. We were concerned it would be too small since we had to get a counter depth refrigerator. I would definitely get a bigger fridge if we could, especially for the price.

Freezer Section Part Broke Before We Moved In!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The freezer section has yet to be filled (as we have not yet moved in), but when opening the freezer drawer the other day it would not shut all of the way. I took the drawer out to discover that there is a set of gears on a roller, and there was a part on the end of this assembly that was broken (plastic). I immediately called the repair number and they are sending someone out this week to fix it. Curious, but the tech asked me if I wanted the part shipped to me or have the repair tech bring it. Between homes, why would I want the responsibility of having the part shipped to me?? Nevertheless, I hope that this refrigerator will perform better over the long run than it did before it got into heavy use!! We love the over refrigerator design and the automatic water filler feature, but only time will tell...

We would have given it a 5 star rating except for the fact that the filtered water is not cold enough. Our old GE (with the water dispenser inside) had much colder water.
