Arrived in generic packaging. Opened it optimistically only to find out there’s no instruction manual, no warranty card, but most importantly note ear tips. Not one set like some said they got, not two of three sets like other reviews. zero sets. They are useless without your tips. You can only find off market ones I want brand official one so I know that they’re going to fit in work. And when I reached out to customer support, they only resolution was for me to travel to one of the stores I live between and not near And hopefully they could sort it out. If I wanted to travel to go into a store I would have done that to begin with, but my store closest said they did not have these in stock. If they don’t have them in stock, what are the odds that they have replacement ear tips. Poor excuse for a resolution and end result, I just returned them.

Great headphone, tight fit long, lasting battery and pretty durable

Earbuds sound great but the eartips are very dirty (probably earwax from someone else). It's a refurbished item but I expected it to be cleaned.

These headphones work amazing the noise cancelling is great!!

Bought these refurbished and they have been great. Only came with a cord not a wall plug.

The case kind of felt a little wore down, the hinges feel a little lose, and there was only the big set of earbud covers. So i am missing items, although the tips looks mostly clean they were dusty, the product works fine, I wish i got wverything i had purchased thought. Also the 2 earbud tips i dod recieve are 2 different sozes so that is inconvienient.

The product was in great condition and it works just fine, as good as new, but they came without the charger.
