Worthless - Can't Record or Save Files!

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Actually caught a crime that happened on camera, went to play it back and the geeni program crashes and freezes every time I try to play it back and record. Because the files are saved in a .media format, can't even just grab them off the sd card. Police were not even able to retrieve the footage because of the file format. What good is a surveillance camera if you can't playback and record the footage that you need. Had to buy a different surveillance camera system as this one was worthless.

Use the camera to keep an eye on my dogs when I’m not home and the other one I am using to watch my site entry of my house again very nice cameras, easily to set up and very helpful customer service
