Picture Quality is where it’s at, that’s why I purchased this. However you can only notice with a 120Hz 4K TV.

This comedy classic stars Bill Murray, Dan Ackroyd, and Harold Ramis as the "busters". Also Stars actresses like Siguorney Weaver and Annie Potts as their secretary. Great humor and special effects. Ou can never remake a classic or try!

With this being an older film it is grainy. And with the uptick in resolution and the addition of HDR, the grain is very present. I’m not of fan of film grain but I still love the movie and say this is an upgrade over the regular bluray.

Ghostbusters(1984) is my favorite movie of all time. I would have bought this for the steel book packaging alone, but the new art that overs the front and back is just as awesome. So happy to add this to my Ghostbusters/movie collection.

Great movie to watch on 4k, nothing like watching the orignal ghostbusters in the best quality yet!!

It's Ghostbusters! any self-respecting comedy lover has to have this movie in their collection regardless of what format you have it on.

If you have not seen this movie than you have not lived. A classic to the core. A cast that entertains and a story in it time very original.

I'll be honest and say that I'm not a video critic but I can say that this movie looks and sounds great for the average user. It was great to sit back with the family and reminisce about old times, particularly since it has been rebooted.

Always enjoy watching this movie. The audio is good. AS FOR THE VIDEO, at times the transfer to 4K isn’t up tp par. I realize it’s an older movie but.. it was grainy at times and the dark scenes just seem to go totally dark losing any details. I would think a Blu ray edition would be just as good and probably cheaper.

Epic blast from the past... Really like the HD format. But it was supposed to be 4k UHD thats what I payed for but did not receive!!!

This movie looks great and the metal case is really well done. The problem is that if you buy this movie, you are most likely going to get a digital code for Ghostbuster II. I redeemed it and had the issue, so I called Vudu and they told me this was a known issue. They were able to fix it for me, but just know that the digital code inside is not for Ghostbusters I

I have this on Laser Disc, DVD, Blu-ray DVD and now the 4K DVD. This 4K is worth the upgrade. The video and audio are excellent.

Classic movie brought back to life thanks to 4k. Enjoy it on your big screen rather than having to suffer through DVD quality grainyness.

If you haven't seen this classic, then you have two options. 1)Go ape over how great this movie is. 2)Get a chimp to fling you across the trailer park like the piece of fertilizer that you are. (You have no taste). Get it, watch it, enjoy it. BFM KCCO

This is a great film and it shows up very well in bluray. The steelbook cover is a great addition. It's certainly a good upgrade from the DVD, but I'm not certain that if you already own it on bluray whether this is worth it.

I'm usually not one for steelbooks. I find them easily dented or broke. But when I saw these I had to get them. Stunning artwork and a bomb movie. Definitely watched 1 excessively with my dad whenever it was on when I was little.

Is a review even needed for this movie? Is Ghostbusters for crying out loud. If you need to search reviews on this movie you don't deserve to watch it

There's no point reviewing the movie because it's not a new Blu-ray, so I'll just talk about the steelbook. The steelbook is beautiful; however, I had to drop a star because it is super glossy and slippery so, if you stack your cases, there's a chance they can tumble down like Jenga pieces, so, just keep that in mind; other than that, this steelbook is beautiful.

One of the all-time great cheesy comedies from the 80's, the high-water era for good time films. Bill Murray shines as always, Dan Akroyd and supporting cast continue to amaze. Just a ball of slimy fun, classic as they come.

I love this movie and I already have a copy of it on dvd. When I saw this as an option I had to get it. The cover art is fantastic and is a worthy addition to any collection.
