Wanted a copy of this movie for my 4K collection. Great performances and sad loss for 2 great actors in Oliver Reed and Richard Harris. Hours of extras well worth watching as well.

The acting and action in this movie give it 5 stars not to mention the great story. The soundtrack is also very well done. I would certainly add this one to your DVD/Bluray library.

Ridley Scott's second best movie. Joaquin Phoenix is evil, Russell Crowe kills them all! This is the Blu-Ray to buy, the quality of sound and picture is excellent! ROMA VICTOR!

For Gladiator, going with Kurt Russel was the best choice they made. He delivered more than what I expected from him. He made me believe the whole storyline. It is an amazing movie.

The 4k version of this movie takes an outstanding movie up a level. The arena scenes stand out, of course, but even the scenic countryside scenes look amazing.

If you love the gladiator as much as I do then you have to add this 4k upgrade to your collection for sure. The atmos sound mix is wonderful and the HDR really shines.

This has to be Russell Crowe's penultimate movie! I have it on Blu-ray and when it came out in 4K I had to buy it to see it again in all it's splendor.

Gladiator stands as one of the finest movies of its generation. It richly deserved the many Oscars that it received. Russell Crowe's performance is superb. The writing is crisp and the action sequences are what the story demands. The Dolby Vision and HDR-10 images are not quite up there with the very best 4K UHD releases but they do improve on the already excellent re-issued Blu-ray. Details are clearer and the overall tone is more natural. The Dolby Vision image is a bit brighter than the HDR-10 version but if your setup can only do HDR-10 you won't be disappointed. The sound track (DTS:X Master) is big and bold as it should be. Dialogue over the center channel is very clear. If you're a fan of Gladiator and have a TV capable of showing 4K HDR and/or Dolby Vision movies, this is a must buy.

Who doesn’t like history?! And you have a very handsome and fit Russell Crowe to play Maximus! This is a beautifully made and pretty true to history movie.

I loved this movie when it first came out on DVD. Although it came out 18 years ago, there is a real noticeable upgrade in quality with 4K

This movie looked great on blu ray but looks even better on 4k along with the dts-x track, this is the best way to enjoy this Masterpiece.

I already have this in DVD and Blu-Ray, but this movie I'm looking forward to experiencing in 4K HDR and with my new Dolby atmos home theater systemz
