    Great for casting from devices. Super user-friendly. I have an android phone, and haven't used the Chromecast with anything else yet, but I don't foresee it being problematic on other devices. I really enjoy that I can now use my older TV with Spotify, YouTube and screen-sharing.

    This product doesn't come with all the bells and whistles of its competitors, but if you're planning on streaming anything from YouTube or Google chrome, this is a great device for it. I wish it had more compatibility with mobile OS apps. It doesn't work with chrome for iPad, and casting ability from Google docs, but for the price point, it's hard to beat.

    Ita okay, it works good most the time. When it does work properly I love it. It has days I do want to throw it. But it's not everyday. I do recommend it to other people by I can pull anything up on the TV from my phone. And it helps a lot with meetings and more. But like I said it has bad days.

    In order to support streaming to my television from as many devices as possible, I use this in conjunction with an Apple TV. I also purchased the Ethernet adapter for this to prevent wireless congestion. Very satisfied with this as I have no need to go above 1080p at this point.

    ChromeCast does what its supposed to, but it requires a fair amount of flailing around setting it up for phone and laptop and more flailing around when changing TVs. Not great documentation or instructions. Still haven't figured out how to make MLB games full screen on the TV from the phone, so I use my laptop. I am older and not super tech savvy.
