Bought this to replace our fire stick since YouTube is no linger supported on it in 2018. set up was a breeze and functions perfectly.

We got rid of cable tv, due to high cable bills. Our original Chromecast ias good, but froze a lot. We got the new chromecast and we haven't had any issues yet. It is a great replacement for cable tv.

This exactly what i was looking for. I didnt want to buy a new tv just so i could stream netflix. This was an affordable alternative that works well.

Got this originally for my 3yr old son who loves Netflix.i didnt want him to have the playstation 3 in his room. It's small and stays hidden very easily. My daughter ended up taking it and she loves it I can see everytime she is streaming and what she is watching right on my phone. She loves the fact everything you need is in your phone.

Purchased this as a replacement for my previous Chromcast v1. This is a worthwhile upgrade for the price $35! Some of the new benefits: 1. Now supports 5Ghz wireless 2. much improved wireless dongle for connecting to a TV mounted flush with the wall. The old one was stiff - Note: You can use your old extended if you need even more room 3. casting is much faster I'm sure there are other great features, but these are the ones that were important to me

This is my 2nd chromecast and the new design is awesome and i am hopeful that it will last longer than my previous one. Easy setup and to use..Love it

just what we wanted! Use it everyday....easy to cast from I-pad to tv. Recommended to other family members and now they have them too.

I owned the previous creation for years but it finally wore out. This one is super quick. Connection fits better as well. More secure.

Not much different than the first generation chromecast. Some connectivity problems early but they've solved themselves. No need to upgrade if you have gen one, but good to buy if it's your first one.

I bought this knowing of its somewhat limited capabilities. I did not wish to purchase a Roku because I wished to test a cheaper option before committing to one. I am pleased with the Chromecast. I had some issues with connect-ability, but googled the issues and quickly resolved them. I am very satisfied overall! Would definitely, and already have, recommend this device.

This gadget has made watching movies so much better. We were watching on our iPad, but this made it so easy to touch one button and stream to our tv.

Bought this so I could move my Xbox into a communal room and still watch Netflix (etc) on my TV. This casts easily and with a superb picture quality.

This product is wonderful for people that want to stream Netflix from their phone or other mobile device to their TV for more of a viewing pleasure.

Works flawlessly! If it does have some issues, just press the power button for 10 seconds and the device resets and fixes most issues.

Planning to cut the cord from cable and this is so far a good device to cast apps from phone or tablet to your tv. It is at a very reasonable price.
