It's amazing what you can do with this little stick. Everything streams from an individual phone. You don't need to log into you accounts and any account could be used to use it. So if you have Hulu Plus and your who owns a Chromecast doesn't, you can just steam it from your phone. Same thing goes with Netflix, HBO GO, YouTube, etc. The price for this thing is amazing as well. And it travels easily. Definitely happy about this purchases.

I bought this product twice , one at Thanks Giving and another in last month. Works seamless without any issues. Quality of streaming (cast) is good and product is easy to use.

it is easy to use,small and easy to setup. Does it job wonderfully but you need to have google chrome to work or you need to have app to use it.

This product is pretty good. Here's how it works it streams content from your smartphone or tablet to you're tv and uses the same phone as a remote. So most content streaming services like Netflix, hulu, Pandora, and YouTube etc. It's incredibly cheap, most similar products are a stand alone box and more then double the price. Cost and space efficiency are it's benefits, It's drawbacks are it's dependance on smart phones or tablet.

Love this little stick. Perfectly turned my old but awesome 5 year old top of the line Sony into a smart tv. Really only use it for netflix but it does the job. Easy to set up.

Purchased my Chromecast about a month ago and it has been working like a charm. Easy to set up and it seems that any device with an HDMI port will work with this. Great product!

This is a great device add on for any TV especially a non smart one. There is so many more apps being released for it and works on any TV with hdmi slot. I take it with me when I travel and use it on hotel TV to by pass using hotel channels and use there wifi. I can watch my movies on Netflix or use Chrome to to mirror what I have on my dvr.

The chromecast was easy to set up. Plug it in and follow the on screen instructions. After updating the software, I tried it out and it worked flawlessly with both my iPhone and iPad. Netflix looked fantastic! What makes it especially nice is the small size, it is easy to move it from one tv to another. I have 2 roku's and an apply tv, and while theymare definitely more robust, the chromecast gets the job done forma low entry fee!

I think this is in its earliest stages of the concept doesn't work super great with iPhones, but great with any droid or windows phone. Very easy to set up and easy to operate!

Took a shot since it was only $35.00. Best purchase I ever made on electronics for what you get. Simple to setup and use. Turned my dumb TV into a Smart TV. Worth every penny!

LOVE the Chromecast it has really made it friendly for my guests or casting video to my home gym. I've got one of the 1st generation LCD tvs at home and always had to use cumbersome wires to play my videos etc... but now I'm able to cast them. Its so easy to use and set up, you just have to be careful with some of the earlier TVs the HDMI ports may not be all inclusive... for example my Sony has only 2 HDMI ports but one was associated with L/R audio connections... because of that the chromecast didn't work properly (something about the data connection) but i used the other one which was all HMDI and everything worked perfectly!

Straight forward simple set up - allows me to stream movies, share my photo albums and home movies with guest on my television. We all used to hover over the lap top, now we sit and enjoy watching on the television. Definitely worth having.

This product is amazing! It has easy set up and easy use. I don't think there Is a single person out there that would have trouble setting this product up and get it running.

I love the Chromecast, makes using things like netflix and hulu easier, along with easy casting of youtube videos. My only beef is that the Chromecast lacks 5GHZ N wifi. That isn't a problem for most people since most still use 2.4GHZ wifi, but some of us find that 2.4GHZ is cluttered because of neighbors who also use 2.4GHZ, so we run our wi fi network on 5 GHZ n. That issue was not enough for me not to get it (I run both 2.4 and 5 GHZ networks at home), but I wish Google would release a Chromecast that supported 5GHZ wifi networks.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my parents. They used to spend many hours (and dollars) wandering around our local rental store, or staring at a redbox kiosk, and they always complained that the movies weren't worth the money they paid for them. Now, they spend hours browsing my Netflix account and even split the bill with me! They tell me every time we see each other that they love their Chromecast. They have two TVs, and they find it very easy to transfer it between the two. They're not the most technological of people, but they got the hang of it after just 20 minutes. I can not recommend this device enough.

This is my 2nd Chromecast, as I thought I'd make it easy on myself and have one on each of the TVs I typically use. I've discovered that more and more apps are able to cast to Chromecast, so it's become really convenient to take out my phone and sling a website to the TV whenever I want. It's also been a great thing to have when we are singing karaoke at home -- just take out the tablet, and sling YouTube karaoke videos to the TV, so everyone can see the lyrics and sing along! I imagine that as more apps are Chromecast-enabled, I'll be just that much happier that I have them. They're easy to set up, and easy to use.

Once I got past hooking the chromecast up, I'm so glad I did! I love it, it works great, and I would recommend it to anybody! The only drawback I had was learning the ways to hook it up and once I learn that it also opens a lot of doors for me to learn more things as far as apps that I could add to the chromecast so yes I'm glad with this purchase!

Works as advertised. Very inexpensive and easy to use. A reasonable way to watch and listen to Google Music and Google Movies & TV content.

Heard about Chromecast from friends but put it in the back of my mind until I realized how outdated my Roku 2 was - it cannot access different sub-accounts on Netflix. Was told I had to buy the Roku 3 but that is priced much higher than Chromecast so I bought the latter to try it out and I was pleasantly amazed at how good it actually is. Love the fact that my Android phone or tablet can be the controls (all devices must be on the same WiFi network) - it is so much easier for media selection (video / music) than with the Roku 2 remote. Once the streaming starts, the Android phone / tablet is freed for other uses.
