Love this thing. Works great with my moto x gen 2. Does everything it says, easy to setup up and low cost. Even automatically switches the input on my TV when I cast screen.

If you're into streaming media this is the item for you. It's so easy to use and has a great price. I've had one since the day they came out and it's still a great unit.

The chromecast is a very affordable way to make a non-smart or internet capable TV into a TV that you can put your videos, photos, and mustic onto. Love the ease of use.

No more HDMI cable crossing from the computer to the TV!! Great price. HDMI cable was 60.00 when I bought it, Chromecast it's a lot more cheep and does the same good effect.

I'm very pleased with my Google Chromecast. It was very easy to set up and I was streaming video in a matter of minutes. Just what I was hoping for! Fantastic price too!

The chromecast is very cool device for streaming content from your computer, tablet or phone into your TV. What I like about it is that it performs very well and I can still navigate to a different website while still be playing something on TV. The price is unbeatable and its compact size is really awesome, especially when you compare it with the Apple TV. The downside of it is that it needs more apps to be compatible with it.

I like the way I can make any tv a smart tv with this little device. Exactly what I needed to stream youtube videos. Good for the price.

If your looking for something that can quickly make your TV into somewhat of a smart TV, this is your product. Much better than Apple TV and for the price, you can't beat this.

Very smart device, easy to plug-in, configure, rename and use. Will automatically display the proper input on the TV so no need to hunt down which input it is associated with. However we have encountered instances where we cannot stop a show or even pause it. Rewind is out of the question sometimes too. For now a good solution for a good price, I have two.

I love my chromecast, I have 3 in my house. Was able to get rid of one cable box in my sons room so I no longer have to pa comcast a fee for an extra box. My son has an iphone and ipad, so he downloaded all the apps for the channels he watches and streams via the chromcast to his TV right form his ipad/iphone. Most channels now have apps that even stream live TV so theres no need to have cable boxes in every roOM. Also love that we cna doanload chromecast games and play on the big screen from our individual devices. We play monopoly, checkers and tic-tact-toe all the time on our phones directly on the TV

Very simple dongle which lets every one view what they have on their Android phone screen projected to the TV. Very user friendly and the best of all, very inexpensive.

We purchased the Chormecast so that we could watch various programs, movies and other items directly from our Android phones, tablet and computers without having to do a lot of difficult network related stuff involving all of the devices. It was basically; plug in the Chromecast to your HDMI port, download the Chromecast app onto each device and then start the app. Push a few buttons and you are streaming what's on the device, directly to your screen on your tv. I am seriously considering purchasing a second one for the bedroom tv, and to take with us when we travel. Quite an excellent device. Thanks, Google!

As far as streaming devices go Google Chromecast is the best value for the money. Chromcast works as well as Roku 3, if not better.

When I was looking at the Chromecast I thought to myself "I already have a Roku, a blu-ray/entertainment system, and a PS4, what else could this Chromecast provide me that these others can't?". Well it turns out it's actually a pretty handy device! While it doesn't bring anything new to the board in terms of apps or content, I've found that the ability to cast content from my phone or computer to my TV is actually a nice thing to have. It makes sharing Youtube videos or whatever else you want with a group of people a snap!

This device is a little dynamite - it's so powerful. You can carry it along with you wherever you want and have anything play on your TV. You have many devices that enable you to play youtube and netflix videos on your TV but this one is special because a.) its as tiny as a USB stick b.) You can control the video through your PC, mobile or tablet in a much more efficient way than you ever could on the other devices. My favorite feature of this device is its ability to stream your chrome tab. I watch a lot of sports and I have online subscriptions to almost all the sports networks. Now if the game that i want is not being played on TV, i can just open it in my chrome tab and instead of watching it on my computer, I can watch it directly on the TV. The only complaint that I have with this is more to do with the chrome browser than the device itself. When I am projecting a chrome tab playing a video on to the TV and full screen it, the moment i shift my tab or try to do something else, the video back to the original size. If Google could come up with a way that would not affect the screen size, it would be solving a lot of problems for me. Also, I hope Chromecast in the future ties up with everybody including hulu, hbo, showtime etc so that I don't have to spend a lot on cable.

Setup was simple, and it's great not to have to hook up the computer to the TV. Works from a number of platforms, video and sound quality are excellent. Excellent value.

Chromecast is an inexpensive media streaming adapter that turns my HDMI-equipped television into an app-driven smart TV when I paired with a iphone, ipad or my computer.

Its a great little device, this Chromecast; but do your research. The two biggest kickers I had not paid enough attention to, that I should have, was that it takes a power source. It will not self power on my HDMI ports on my devices so that means it has to be plugged in to a USB/AC. That makes it far far less convenient. The other is what applications will cast. I bought mine for Sling media and cannot cast it. As such my kids use it far Youtube. It works well at what it does, just make sure it does what you need.

I purchased this maybe two months back, used it a couple of times and haven't used my tv since. This streaming device is nifty. Just because it doesn't require a box like Amazon fire or Roku. All the apps are the same, the upside is being able to stream your pc to a projector. I have a projector in my living room, and when it's time for fights or ppv matches. Well it's alot easier with this. The stream is as good as your wifi. If you have slow internet. Your stream will take forever to load. Thankfully I have 75mbps.
