i bought two- one has been perfect the other froze and will not be revived even with hard, factory resets. It works great with my S6Edge and makes my dumb TV's smart.

I tried out the Googlechrome instead of the usual HDMI cord that I have and I love this, not only can you use it on most devices but it also comes with deals with Hulu, and a bunch of others when you buy it.

I purchased the Chromecast for my dad for Father's Day and ran out and bought one for myself after getting a good chance to use it. Multiple people in a room can queue up videos on YouTube on their favorite mobile device and share. Or you can switch over to watching Hulu or Netflix. Very versatile. It worked with my parent's Samsung Tab tablet, my brother's Samsung phone, and my iPhone 5. Simple and easy to setup.

This new gadget is very easy to setup and use. Allows you to use the new streaming apps and best of all does this seamlessly.

Setup was simple and easy steps. Streaming from PC, smart phone, tablet works great. Hopefully Google will support more apps.

I do not have cable and the chromecast not only provides entertainment through Hulu and Netflix but also creates an opportunity to buy Pay-per-view channels as well!!

Very useful little item. I own 2 and use them pretty much all the time. wish the Wifi signal was a bit better but I've read they fixed this in the 2nd generation.

The price of the product was great. Love not having an hdmi cord to deal with. Also like that you can play stuff on the tv when in another room. Only downside so far is that you cannot play itunes through it.

Very fun little dongle that works very well, especially when paired with an Android phone or tablet. I was hoping it would be powerful enough to stream some content from my devices and mirror it onto my TV but we never could get that function to work well. If you don't have a smart TV but you do have a smart phone this is a great purchase which will allow you to use streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, etc.) on your big screen just don't expect it to be very powerful or even very quick.

Me and the family really have enjoyed the Google Chromecast it has really been fun looking at movies and videos on the Big screen instead of the tablet.

ChromeCast is a great product. We have a couple of kids and find the ability to stream directly to our TV from our phones/computer really great when looking to share something with them, or even photo albums when friends and family are over. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because the device itself becomes hot to the touch. I don't think this is a performance issue but don't like that it gets as warm as it does.

Chromecast is great for apps that directly support it either via Youtube plugin in Chrome or iOS, however, video quality is not all that great for activities where using Chrome to cast to the Chromecast. NFL Sunday Ticket and NHL GameCenter Live both stutter and drop frames when using. I get much better video quality from a 25 foot HDMI cable from Amazon for $15 and plug my laptop directly in to theTV than using Chromecast.

I love this device because it makes my TV like a smart TV. Easy setup, works great. Best thing invented for a great price.

I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine and he was ecstatic! It takes a little longer than expected to respond to sync up, but other than that is a good product.

My 12 year old loves this product. Easy to use and saved us tons of money as she is able to stream Netflix etc to her TV.

I think this was a great deal on the chrome stick, but I wish it came with more instructions and tips on how to get full use out of it.I'm still trying to figure it out.

This is like an Apple TV just cheaper. I have both and the chromecast is a great way to get similar functionality on all other tvs in your house. If you have an android phone it's probably even better.

When I cast content to my Chromecast it actually switches the tv input on its own. Had no idea it did that, but it does make it that much more easy to use!

I received this as a gift for when I travel. I plugged it in at home and use it daily. Problem is, my wife has taken it over and refuses to let me take the gift she bought me. Now I have to buy another one.
