Customer Ratings & Reviews

Bought this as a way to watch various items indifferent rooms of the house, well worth the money.

Quick setup. Easy instructions to get started. Only issue (personally) was finding it difficult to stream movies from the phone I've downloaded to the television. I still haven't found an adequate application for my cellphone to do just that.

The Chromecast is a great device. It is small, affordable, and easy to use. Only minor complaint is that there should be a way to stream direct from device. This supposedly works but I have had issues making it work. Still, I highly recommend it.

If you want to see everything on your comfortable sofa....must buy it

This is perfect for someone who wants to watch Netflix, Hulu or other programs on their tv but do not own a playstation/wii/xbox ect. We do own a PS3 and Wii, however, I don't want to unplug those devices to bring to my tv upstairs. So easy to use. I'd buy it all over again in a heartbeat!

Nice concept, easy to setup and use. Cast extension unavailable on ipad chrome When casting through windows chrome cast extension, video quality is bad. All in all, a good start, will surely have lots of improvements in next version, hence 4 stars

I like that I can stream my own photos to my tv. Set up of the album could be made more intuitive

The product did exactly what I wanted it to do. We're very pleased.

Needs to spend to other applications. Have more applications available.

Just bought this product , it's great to use on mobile devices without needing DVD, DVD players.

Easiest way to watch Netflix. I haven't used hdmi cable or xbox ever since I got this little toy.

Works great. Easy to connect I watch movies through it all the time.

love the way you can utilize this to watch some of my favorite shows. and reloading credit is easy

Works great. I look forward to using it when I travel to places with wifi but limited tv channels.

A perfect addition to any entertainment system. Easy to install and use. Flawless in everyday use.

We purchased it for my daughter at first, but now we all use it and enjoy it in the family room.

Chromecast is easy to set up and seems to work well with Netflix, HBOGO and ShowtimeGO. have not tried with any other services. Would have liked it better if it was able to mirror the Ipad / Iphone screen to the TV, but seems to be App dependent.

I bought this to use as a door prize at my Computer Club. It was a popular item and sought after,.

This thing does all it says it can and some stuff i haven't tried yet.

I have a roku steam sticker and a roku2 player, But I also want to steam the videos from my macbook to my TV, so I bought this. It really took me a long time to set it up, and I don't know why it is so hard to connect it to my wifi when My other steam players and xbox one do not have any problem at all! All I want is just to steam the video from my laptop to the TV, at the first few days, it works great. However, at the end the third movie I steamed, It began to be very slow and loading for several seconds for like every 5 minutes. And the next day, It completely could not work. Loading for a long time and then play for few minutes and loading again. I finally give up and use the HDMI wire to connect my macbook to the TV. Very disappointing, But the price 29 with 20 google play credit, I think I cannot complain more.
