It works really well and my wife enjoys the access to Netflix, etc. wirelessly since we don't have cable or telephone line access in this room. I just wished it worked with iTunes Music through my Airport Express "boxes."

Best media player for the money. Chromecast it's very easy to set up and use, just open any compatible program on your phone, push Chromecast button and press play, and you enjoy all your entertainment on big screscreen.

I bought it on Xmas and cannot use it through my pc properly, so I started using my smartphone in order to watch contents on my TV. Excellent to convert your cheap TV into a smartTV.

Chromecast is the easiest and least expensive way to broadcast content from your smart devices to your TVs. It allows you to get away from a smaller screen and have a great multi-media experience. Very easy to set up and use.

it took a while to set up on my network, most likely a wifi problem. otherwise, works phenomenally!

THIS IS THE GREATEST INVENTION EVER. MY DAD CAN NOW WATCH LOCAL TEAMS PLAY THAT AREN'T TELEVISED LOCALLY, AS WELL AS MOVIES ON NETFLIX, AND OTHER MOVIE SITES. WILL BE PURCHASING MORE OF THESE FOR OTHER HDTV'S IN MY HOME.

This was an awesome buy if you have a non smart tv. Google has added more apps to it so you can stream from different sources. It is very easy to setup, and start using it. For $25 it is an easy way to make your tv smart.

Chromecast dongle by google is an easy way to enjoy youtube, netflix and google video (now huluplus as well) on TV screen, with the aid of a smart phone, tablet or PC. It is easy to setup and use. When controlling content with Chrome browser from a PC what ever can be viewed in the window of browser tab can cast on the TV with this device. Unlike many media players, this device is not meant to play content from DLNA sources on local WiFii network.

I purchased this device so that I could watch videos and show pictures on the big screen as well from my android phone, The software that I was to install did not work as I thought. Although it did work for YouTube, pandora, etc... But I had to download a 3rd party app called All Cast in order to do what I actually wanted. It isn't perfect but does the job. The chromecast app sometimes gets stuck, and you have to exit the app from the phone and restart. It does work though. If you have a fancy smart TV with pandora and Netflix etc, you may not care about this product. But I suggest you look up reviews on YouTube and decide if this is something for you.

It doesn't quite have the content of the roku yet, but has more than my amazon fire TV stick. Easy to set up, and using my phone as a remote for the Chromecast is more responsive as well. Great media stick for the price.

I am really enjoying this device! It was easy to set up and easy to find apps to use. I also found out that I can cast my phone screen to the TV for apps that don't actually support Chromecast. This makes it even better!

I got this for my father as a christmas gift and he loved it. It took a bit to explain how they can use any device to cast their screens, but overall very easy to use. Nice resolution and HD output both visual and audio.

Easy set-up. Originally bought it to stream wrestlemania to my TV. Only to find out that you can not stream everything from your devices to the TV. Other than that it works great.

Got this to watch Netflix in my room from my phone, works good, would give it 5 stars it I could also cast my iPhone 6 screen to the TV, for now it's only android that can do this.

This media player is working wonderfully. Easy to set up and has been working with out any problems. Uses the wifi connection which makes it simple and easy to setup. Also, purchased on sale for $30. Very inexpensive.

I bought one of these for my girlfriend and she loves it, it's easy to use, and unlike the Apple TV (which I also own), you can queue up programs to watch on the apps from your mobile device and enjoy and do whatever else you want with your phone or tablet, with the Apple TV, you must leave the app running, which is annoying. I loved her Chromecast so much I mentioned I wanted one for myself and on my birthday I received one, I use it all the time. I highly recommend this device over an Apple TV or a Ruku anyday!

I really never thought this would come so handy. I have an ultra HD led and was thinking why would I need an hdmi device like this but I was wing completely. It made my life so easy. AWESOME device for aa awesome price.

You can use any Iphone as a Remote to control and surf the Internet goggle, comcast, Lets you youtube ,Netflix... A really great addition to my Entertainment Options.

It is super easy to set up, only possible problem is the power cord is a little short and in order to cast your Web browser you need to use a computer, mobile casting is only for certain apps such as you tube and Google play

Allowed me to send what was on my smart phone, tablet, and laptop, onto my tv. Set up was simple. Just follow the provided paper guide, then a few steps on connecting it to your wifi, and that's it. Enjoying casting.
