The Chromecast Ultra is 4K and has an ethernet port as well as wifi. Fantastic if you use YouTube TV and stream your tv shows and local channels - cut the cord

With the option to connect an ethernet cable to the Ultra, I get more stable connection (my house is all hardwired). Never stutters or buffers. Have used the OG chromecast, roku, Fire stick,.. probably others too. BUT I'll keep using my chromecast ultra instead

I've always used Google chromecast devices since the 1st generation dongles and have been pleased with the products ever since. I purchased the Ultra because we purchased a new 4K TV and wanted the ultimate experience. The dongle is what you'd expect from a typical non-Ultra Chromecast, but has built-in compatibility/functionality for all of the new-age Video/Audio formats for a beautiful viewing experience. I would highly suggest if you want the most out of your 4K experience.

Chromecast Ultra is the 4k version of its predecessor. Easy to set up over Wi-Fi and also has an ethernet port. I believe 5GHz Wi-Fi is needed to make use of 4k.

The Chromecast 4k is great if you stream alit of shows online, with an easy setup and a cast to your device you can easily watch it on your TV!

This is not much different than the second generation Chromecast. It does offer a few things the cheaper one doesn't have (e.g. HDR, 4K), but if you don't need any of those features, you don't get any additional benefits. One reason you might buy this one is you plan to upgrade your entertainment system to include HDR and 4K, then you won't need to upgrade to this when you do. You may want to wait for the occasional sale if you're like me and want to future proof the purchase. But if you go with the HD version, you won't miss anything until you have a display that can fully utilize this.

This Chromecast is easy to use. Just plug in to the power and tv you are ready to go. Easy to set up. Highly recommend!!!

I've used Chromecasts before so this was a no brainer for me to connect to my Sammie 4k tv so our Google Home could display video on the TV. Easy set up and really good looking video for the TV.

Great picture and fast. Works easily with my phone and can play pretty much anything on my screen in seconds.

From using the first generation Chromecast to this 2nd generation with the Ethernet port is no comparison. Loads fast no lag whatsoever I highly recommend this . I use the one with the Ethernet port on my main TV my other TV's I use the WiFi variants .

This device works really well and the quality of the picture is amazing. It was super easy to cast stuff from my tablet to the tv. Would recommend to anyone looking for a way to cut the cord.

I was scared to purchase this item as a iPhone user, but it has proven to work well with both windows and apple products. Streaming has never been so easy for me!

This is an awesome small device for the best 4K streaming. Even though I have an LG smart TV, I bought this Chromecast to get more controls to the TV thru my Google Home and Phone. I can just say to my Google Home to Turn on or Turn off the TV. Create Routines to Say "Movie Time" and it will turn on the TV and dim the lights in my room. Super cool. And the best of all is it gives me access to Google Photos to see my photos on big screen which no smart time gives me by default.

this was easy to plug into my TV; to include very high quality and speed. smart TV are slow when streaming but this allow constant quality streaming

I bought this to watch 4K downloads on my new Sony tv. Works great no problem connecting. Picture quality is amazing if you have a great tv.

It was so good the product was amaizing I’m able to use YouTube Netflix and soo many things the pictures are amaizing

Great device. You control everything with your phone. You can play pc quality videogames on your tv with Stadia.

I mainly use the ChromeCast to watch YouTube, Netflix and Tubi from my iPhone and iPad. Works as intended, plus, I still get to use my phone or iPad for other stuff while streaming. I haven’t figured out how to cast my screen to the TV but can do so with AppleTV 2nd gen. I run it HDMI to the power supply, a good feature. I also had to download Google Home, it works better with it installed. Overall it made my old TV into a smarter TV. I went with the 4k model so when I buy a 4k set I won’t have to buy again.

Great streaming device for anyone, but especially those using Google assistant regularly or with a Google home system already in place. Voice control is simple and CEC integration is essentially plug and play. TV turns off and on easily through voice control and it's easy to stream your favorite apps and videos with a simple voice command. Cast any YouTube videos or Android content easily from your phone or tablet. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality streaming and possibly cutting the cord on cable.

Good 4k streaming, only a few things broadcast in 4k, not sure if it worth the money compare to 3rd gen yet. Definitely worth if it was $40 not 70. Do like the Ethernet port
