    I purchased this so I could extend wifi to the other parts of the house. I tried others but the signal kept dropping. It's only been a couple of days so far I haven't had any issues.

    The system doesn't extend the range of wifi unless the base unit is centrally located. Non-base units need to be within 30 feet of the base unit to get maximum signal.
