We have a 2,300 sq. ft. two story home and our single wireless router was located in my office, which is on the first floor in the corner of the house. As a result, the wifi signal was pretty weak at the other "corner" of our first floor and much of our second floor. I was a little hesitant to purchase the Google whole home wifi system because of the price, but couldn't be happier with the purchase. Set up was pretty simple and quick and the wifi units actually look nice sitting on the sofa table, desk, etc. Most importantly, we now have a strong wifi signal throughout our home.

Needed to expand my network through 3 floors and this did the trick. Also got a new modem and this enabled me to get rid of the Comcast rental.

Best Buy rep sold us on this! Glad we bought it! Works better than several others that we’ve had and it’s easy to set up!

As advertised ... opened the box, installed, and connected to cable modem without any difficulty. Good coverage in multistory house.

Got tired of slow connection and dropped signal in our house so picked this up and solved the problem. Love the management side to shut off wifi to kids' devices

The Google Wi-Fi router is terrific! It solved the Wi-Fi problem that my parents were having. Their Wi-Fi kept dropping in their house, and they don't have a super large house or anything. We tried replacing their router already but it was still doing it. I got this for them b/c I like Google, and they haven't had any problems since then! I also love how you can use the Google Wi-Fi app to see all of the connected devices, test the Wi-Fi signal strength, and run speed tests.

We were experiencing coverage challenges in our two-story house. The mesh allows us to get better coverage in extreme areas of our house.

This mesh router Is a good way to introduce yourself to the mesh router systems. Very easy to set up with zero maintenance.

The Mesh WIFI is a must have. To expand the wireless and keep the same speed for streaming and downloading was done excellently by Google. Easy to set up.

Easy to install strong signal throughout the whole 2900 Sq Ft House. Excellent pause feature for family dinners and homework time for the kids.. Highly recommend it.

Google Wifi is the cheapest way to provide a mesh network to your entire house. The system is designed for easy setup. Each "pod" allows for 2 hardwired connections (1 for the main pod) - if you are looking for wired connectivity this may not be for you. The wireless is great, signal strength is strong.

Should have purchased this long ago. Took my 19 mbs down and 7 mbs up to 99 mbs down and 82 mbs up. I'm finally getting the internet I've been paying for!

Initially very happy with this product purchase. Recently having issues with connectivity and wifi signal dropping out. I had read reviews regarding requiring always on internet connection for the wifi mesh to function properly, but didn't think much of it. In the last few weeks the wifi signal suddenly drops out and I had to restart the primary router for the system to work. Hopefully, the dropout doesn't continue to happen otherwise I will be switching back to my old setup. I'm still having issues with signal strength in one of the rooms where I should have good signal all the time according to the google wifi app that helps you setup the mesh system.

I only use one for my home 1600sq/ft in my bedroom and most items needing wifi are downstairs. No connectivity issues or lagging. Has app that gives plenty of control over your wifi like allowing you to set priorities on devices and provide alternate wifi passwords to guess.

Simple to setup and great coverage all over the house. The range is fantastic. My phone connects as soon as I park in front of the house - 75' from the router.

These have increased our WiFi speed to what was advertised by our internet provider. Finally! Super easy to set up, use, and manage. Highly recommend.
