The best scooter ever. You just have to get the honeycomb tires for the scooter because Arizona doesn’t agree with these tires. The specified tires doesn’t need air so you will never get a flat. But by far the best scooter I’ve ever owned. Well my fist scooter so not so bad :)

I've used more this product for more than 600 miles and it works exactly like the day one. No noise from the bolts, rides smoothly. Overall value for money

Great buy, it was recommended by friends living in downtown Chicago Illinois, I purchased two for my family, we have over 200 miles on one with zero issues!

Ended up returning. Compared to the Segway ES4 and G30P, this was just an unstable ride. I thought I just needed to get used to the size and power, but when I got the G30P, the instability of the GoTrax was more apparent. Good value for the price, but honestly I don’t regret spending a couple hundred more to get the G30P. If this is the max your budget is, then go for it. The built in lock was great at first, however, it is just a cable which can be easily cut. Acceleration wasn’t smooth, you can feel the “gears” shifting. Again, not my first choice, but still a workable option for this price range if you want speed and range

It’s an amazing scooter! I used to have another cheap scooter from Amazon but I decided to upgrade and GoTrax came up to my mind, and it’s an amazing brand. This scooter is well built and durable, I have had 200 miles on it so far and no problems! This takes me anywhere across, a nice ride around Chicago and back home, battery lasts a whole day of errands.

I bought this to use at a boat show to bounce between the various convention centers across downtown and Miami Beach. I rode it about 50 miles and saved probably around $250 in parking and Ubers in those first 5 days. Since then my wife has tried it for getting to and from work about 2 miles away and it’s super reliable and easy to use. I weigh about 190 and it rode at the 20mph pace without a problem. Inclines would slow it down to about 18.5mph. The battery I find to be pretty darn good as well. I was able to get just under 30 miles of use in 1 charge at the higher speed. My wife got about 35 miles in one charge in the 1st gear with regenerative breaking with battery still left. In the end I’m glad I opted for the larger battery. I would say the only downside is the single brake, other than that, it’s a great thing to have and I plan to get more for the family. I added lights to it and will add a cup holder at some point. I would say, anyone can learn to ride it, but if your not the best on bicycles, I recommend wearing a helmet if you plan to travel in the 2nd gear at 20mph.

The product is really good for a daily commute of 30-35 miles in L1 and 20-25 miles in L2 modes. I am a big guy weighing around 195 pounds. This does climb inclined roads like pro. Great option who choose range and it does go top speed of 20mph.

I purchased the GoTrax scooter from Best Buy and hasbeen worth every penny. The scooter goes up to 20mph and gets up to 45 miles on a full charge. Then also purchased from a great electronics store Best Buy. I couldn't be happier.

This scooter really scoots! The range is very good and I get about 30 miles on a charge while doing normal speeds (10-15mph). The display is alright but the headlight works very nice!

I live in Chinatown which is kind of like a middleground for goung out. Because im right at the edge of the city and 4ight near bridges to get to other boroughs. Riding is smooth. Obviously it wont keep up too well with giant pitholes but i mean as long as you have the fundamentals of an ordinary scooter and youre agile you should be perfect.

Very sturdy scooter also good speed fast charging, unfortunately its very heavy and when folded up on buses or trains no braking rolls all over the place and dont wear anything with a strap the folding clamp will lock u in. Also scooter does not stop when going fast braking will cause you to skid skidding is not stopping trust me over the handle bars twice i would not recommend to beginners im thinking of returning mine

Overall decent scooter. Does not go the distance advertised by the manufacturer. And customer service is not very good. It does maintain speed well. But the plastics are cheap and where broken basically out of the box on two scooters and continued to fall apart while riding. All the nuts bolts and screws should be tightened and rechecked periodically.

Definitely one of the best scooters I got from Best buy. Drive time is easily 20-25 miles, doesn't take to long to charge, easy folding and not too heavy. Great for commuter

This scooter is very well built. I like the larger yet lighter frame it has and it makes up big time compared to other scooters. The ninebot Max scooter was my previous one and i liked it but this scooter is much more comfortable to ride and has a more relaxed feel with the handle beinf rasied a bit. Definitely something to consider if you need a long range scooter with quailty
