Great Popcorn Maker

Has a 3 button design, light on - spinner on - heat on so you have the option to keep the spinner on and prevent the popcorn from burning. I am very happy I purchased this product.

Had to Pay My Own Return Shipping
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Northern Popcorn Company is terrible when it comes to returns and/or warranties. We ordered one of the shave ice units as we were told it was amazing. Once recieved it didn't produce the shave ice as advertised so we double checked and realized it was the other unit we really wanted. We reached out and let Great Northern know. They responded quickly but refused to provide the return shipping label saying it was our fault because we realized we ordered the wrong maching. They refused even though they have a commercial account which is MUCH less expensive. So now we have to pay half of what the machine costs just to basically exchange for the other unit. This is horrific customer service as the machine was terrible so we would be returning it anyway. Also, if it had worked as it should, we wouldn't be returning the unit so ultimately was due to unhappy with the unit. I explained all of this but yet still will NOT provide a return shipping label as they suggest on their site.
